      Thanks for the feedback - describing a feeling is one of those interesting things in golf because how one person describes it isn't necessarily the same as how another person describes it. But hopefully what we provide can provide some visualizations that can help your game!

    Is that locking your right knee through back swing wont be good for your hip and knee, i thought you supposed to flair both foot a bit so you can turn back and through easily

      We aren't proposing that you lock the knee on the backswing. On the right side what we are trying to outline is you should feel a loading on the right leg in the backswing that then causes the body to shift left during transition. Nate feels the shift pressure vector going from the right big toe to the left ankle. Agreed that some flair of the feet can be helpful especially for anyone that feels like their hip rotation is limited.
