I'm glad to see that it is possible to train for a marathon as a beginner in 5 months. It's also nice to know it's normal to have bad runs and good ones

Very nice presentation of your marathon experience; thank you Cat.
You gave good, no nonsense advice.
    A great success, congratulations.
Pride, performance, looks, gear : Marathon just laughs at this.
You are a member of the family now. Happy to see that you do other runs and all. This is just the beginning.
Thanks also for the positivity and down-to-earth atmosphere.

Congratulations & great video. Paris was also my first marathon, but way back in 2015 at the age of 45 (& a terrible time). Did you notice the thin blue line which marks the shortest route? I then went on to run the Rome Marathon in 2017 which is also amazing. Good luck with your running journey.

Thank you so much for your kind words! No I didn’t notice the thin blue line…maybe I need to run Paris again! Rome sounds like an incredible place to also run a race.
