Nigerian Egg Sauce / Sardine and Egg Sandwich

This is a 2 in one recipe. You can simply pair the egg sauce with any other dish of your choosing or you can go ahead and make it into yummy grilled or toasted sandwiches.
Ingredients:
4 Eggs
Hot dogs/ Sausage
3 Tomatoes
1 Bell Pepper
1 Green Pepper
1 Small Onion
Habanero Pepper
Garlic Powder
Seasoning
Thyme
Salt to taste
