The audio on your videos sounds great. Not sure if its just your tone of voice or your setup. Can you tell me what you use for your audio setup? New subscribe who just learned about your channel from Shane's video today.
Appreciate that! Sennheiser MKH 416 shotgun mic into a MixPre-3 audio interface. Pretty well sound treated room too. I have a whole video going through my studio here: ua-cam.com/video/a_DNy9byYh0/v-deo.html
I prefer the regular Calendar because its events are displayed on the watch face of the Apple Watch, which for me is often very important, to watch the upcoming events exactly on the watch, because of the kind of work. In general, I try to use the built-in apps as much as possible. When I used Android, there, yes, I used most of the third-party applications, including the keyboard. But on the iPhone I don't like that. I chose the iPhone also because there are a lot of good built-in applications, and it is the standard for many users, which simplifies the exchange of information. So third-party apps don't interest me much, I don't really like this idea on an iPhone.
3:05 “any list app” is neat but I already made a shortcut with a list of recipes when I meal plan I click the meal I want to add and it adds all the ingredients to my native reminders app where I have my shopping list and adds the meal to my notes with a link to my numbers where I house my recipes so come dinner time I can click notes pick the meal and click over to numbers for the cooking directions
Would love to see that video of how you use those two apps. Also I’ve been using anylist app for a few years now. There is one thing that you didn’t mention that I do all the time. I may be in kitchen working and I’m out or nearly out of something. I just tell Alexa or other if you have to add such n such to grocery list or other names list. This way it’s not forgotten. Thanks for your other suggestions. I’ll have to check out a few of the ones mentioned.
More just preference, but AnyBox handles various type of media nicely and has ways to organize what you save. Other apps may have those features too, so really just down to what you prefer
Would love to see how you use things and reminders, I do use both apps

Fantastical does have a great Watch app with complications for all sizes FWIW!

That’s a pretty great use of Shortcuts + Reminders! Collaboration on a lists is key for my family so AnyList is a great option for that.

I plan on making that video! And yes, I add items to AnyList with a Shortcut via HomePod too!
I love your representation
Thanks!
Do. you use the filter in AnyList?
Please make a video on reminders and things 😊
I will!
What is the advantage of using the "anybox" app over others of the same type?
