I’m missing the 2 small plates, so I asked and they said they don’t sell them separately. So I have to buy another $2,000 bumper again or get a set made . Wow
That’s insane. Doesn’t even make sense. Hit up BLACKHILLSBUILDS Wesley Erickson on instagram. He works for them. DM him and tell him your dilemma he’s a great dude. He can probably help out
I love the look and what damage it could prevent when on or off-road. What I dislike is all the weight these mods come with. Looking back I’d go with their aluminum. They’re spendy but we less heavier, better than plastic and still strong.
Yes you can. If you’re planning on getting with winch you’re going to need some stronger springs or your notice a sag/lean. Do you have OEM shock and spring set up?
@eluv201 no I've had my tacoma for a little bit but just starting to do mods but I don't know much. All I've down to it is put slightly bigger tires on it and a roof rack and lights but nothing else.
@eluv201 I really want this bumper tho and I have around 4 grand I can spend on this front bumper and other additional mods I might need to get to make it work if you have any suggestions?
At first I didn’t have the upgraded suspension and I noticed it started to sag, but I threw on the works like winch, light bar, ect. You can always try it out and get the suspension later.
VERY DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS!! LOOKS SUPER TOUGH!!!
Glad you dig it brother 🤙🏼
Wow man you put a lot of details on this video. You made the installation of the bumper look easy. Great job 👏🏼 my brother.
great videos. looks good. sure is a lot of work to put a bumper on tho holy smokes.
Would’ve been way faster if I wasn’t recording lol.

1st step: buy a Taco.
Lol jk. Good video, very informative👏🏼👏🏼 The bumper was a nice upgrade!
Should be the very first step 😆
A fine tooth saw would've cut way better
For sure 👍🏼

I believe it’s gone up but not so much. 1400.00 as I’m writing this. Rear bumpers are out of control.
Could i get this and still install it with no lift on my tacoma or would i need one?

Did you have to upgrade the suspension first? I’m running the trd lift. Not going to use a winch. I didn’t know if it’s sufficient for this bumper.

What gen Tacoma?
3rd Gen 2018 offroad
What lights are you running?
I've recently went with Morimoto amber head lights, with two pairs Baja squadrons on the bumper.
