I've watched several of your videos prior to this one showing on my timeline.
Your demonstrating things that are completely 'common sense' - meaning that the're ideas and wisdom that is hard to identify but once isolated is sticky,memorable, self evidently right and useful.
Nearly 18 months post stroke I've discovered what would have been so valuable a year ago and no health care 'professional' that I've worked with has even come close to giving the value you're stuff is and you've put out out there without charge!
