      Yes, definitely. The yolk is like a really good multivitamine. It contains many micronutrients that are beneficial to you. Also choline, which helps your liver, brain and cells and will help the way your body uses fats

    There’s a guy on yt who fasts 96 hours and than eats horribly. Like a huge binge. He lost 100 lbs or so but he can gain 20 pounds in 3 days. I told him that’s not healthy but he didn’t listen. His name is finally fasting. If anyone wants to help correct him

    If I'm walking 16 kilometers per day I burn most of the sugar that I drink and therefore I have a tolerance for up to 100 grams of sugar per day so long as I maintain the walking.... You really need to factor in exercise..... Probably about 10% of my calories is sugar.... If I wasn't exercising that would be a problem
