If I'm walking 16 kilometers per day I burn most of the sugar that I drink and therefore I have a tolerance for up to 100 grams of sugar per day so long as I maintain the walking.... You really need to factor in exercise..... Probably about 10% of my calories is sugar.... If I wasn't exercising that would be a problem
