Man, watching this makes me hope that a sequel of MH Stories comes out with even more Monsties. Like, more Amphibians, more stuff like that.. Hell maybe DLC that lets you ride some of MH World's monsters as Monsties.

Nicholas Baldwin-Sloan Yep, and freshly hatched Zamtrios isn‘t a Zamite. Also, freshly hatched Bird Wyvern (the Jaggi-Velocidrome ones) and Bulldrome (and Royal Ludroth) also don‘t follow the pattern they should.

Imortuos actually now that you say it would be awesome. Maybe gore could have a move that takes up 1 turn that infects a chosen monstie and in 3 turns (during the 3 turns the monstie will gain increased atk but greatly lowers the def) afterwards giving them apex giving them boosted atk and def, but it only works on certain monsties (jho, regios,etc) and will lower the apex’s hp because the only way to take up apex is through violence (apex lasts 3 turns) . Well, that turned from MH to Pokemon

10/10 reccomend getting a Querpeco monstie on your team , if you get this game. I have one and he's saved my life countless times as well as helped me beat some of the most difficult fights in the game. He's currently my highest level monstie , sitting at Lv45.

Yes I have a bulldrom he’s been with me for so long if my brute Tigrex dosnt get a good hit in pork chop will and he’s devastating I have a flame element brute, a draconic element Nargacuga, Querepeco, and yada yada yada I think I have a good team also I like war hammers I just like saying wack during each blow

Fun fact.
A datamine revealed that 3 monsters got cut: Plesioth, Green Plesioth and Duramboros.
Also other unused monster icons were found in the files: Rhenoplos, Giaprey, Giadrome, Seltas, Tetsucabra, Shogun Ceanataur and Furious Rajang.
Hopefully all of them will be added in the sequel.

The fact that they didnt add any more amphibians, arachnids, insects, or even fanged beasts in the second game severely upsets me.
And honestly not adding Jyratodus, Almudron, and The Platypus Turtle Frog from Rise is a crime

hey just a quick two questions. What is the monster in the 109 you can get and what is the DLC for Kurenai Goukami? I want it! Plus I already have the Glavinus and if anyoe is wondering where it is... it's in the desert and has a diablos pattern and colors of blue and red.
That's a bold-faced lie, Glavenus is a Brute Wyvern. Its egg would have the same pattern as Brachydios... not to mention its supposedly only available by collecting fragments?
I know but the thing is that the game creators messed it up because the Brachidios is meant to live in a volcano habitat but they put it in the coldest place in the map... so just expect things to be a bit weird... BUT! the Glavenus actually is found in the desert because I actually found it and I have it so yeah... it should of been in a place like the Great Jaggi because it's a tropical monster but hey! They can't get everything right because they forgot to look back or they wanted to make us look more... to play the game more... also I collected egg fragments (The normal ones) and I just got a Lagiacrus so yeah they messed up BIG time on it... or just tried to trick us. OH! and before I forget, the Glavenus egg has the pattern of a BARROTH... WOOPS! also before I go, fun fact for getting one of the best monsters in the game, the Seregios (where it's gear level is shown it has a special colors also level 7 item) and it has a Rathalos pattern with the colors of yellow and gold ond if you ever face one in it's nest so you can get the loot of it! it's rare and only uses skill attacks or TECH! just to help out people who never seen it before and it's in the first area at rarity 9!

Actually Brachydios is known to live in cold areas too... and Glavenus in the desert areas.

Good ol' Oozaru is in a blocked off area in the Ruins of Zalam (need a Deviljho or Brachidios for it) and I hope you have a trap battle set! Also, Rajang likes Technical attacks. Good luck.
@arav singh crud, I forgot about the fact he can also change up between the three and powers them up. Switch up monsties according to their preference (Speed>Attack>Tech>Speed) this however is not a guarantee Rajang will use his corresponding Boost, making it the most unpredictable monster in this game.

Dlc monsties, no problems, just add a second 3ds and another game chip and you're all set for one, two, or three dlc monsties (I only know glavenus none of the others)
