Ozzy and Metallica seem like a unique combination but for today’s reaction I’ll be looking at a performance of the two musical giants together at the 25th Anniversary Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Concerts.
The concert was back in 2009 and was part of a 2-day concert series done in celebration of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame’s 25th Anniversary.
The concerts took place at Madison Square Garden and featured a range of Hall of Fame inductees from Bruce Springsteen, to Aretha, to Simon and Garfunkel and Stevie Wonder.
Both the video and music from the performances went on to be released on those old things we used to use called DVDs and CDs.
I’ll be reacting to Ozzy’s performance of “Iron Man” and “Paranoid” with Metallica. Ozzy was looking pretty good and the band was super tight together.

I went to the Anaheim CA concert 1978 Ozzy was great it was like a 100 + degrees that day festival seating I made my way to front stage to watch Sabbath he had a great time throwing buckets of water on us to cool us down Sammy opened the concert then Van Halen,Black Sabbath to finish was Boston.

There wouldn't be Metal , if there was no Black Sabbath ! They were the first band to put all heavy songs on a single album & not just snippets like a lot of bands in the late 60's . My mom bought me Black Sabbath Paranoid & Led Zeppelin II on cassette When i was 9 in 1972 . ❤❤❤ Ty mom for knowing my destiny to be a metalhead

Ozzy you can TELL he just wants to go CRAZY on stage, but his body is like "Bro, dude bro, brofessor, brotato chip - slow it down mmmk you can't do that anymore mmk?'. Heh, love Ozzy, I was amazed he still was able to do stuff like this.

Ken you have to react to Nicole Scherzinger, she's done some amazing performances like Phantom of the Opera, Dont Cry for me Argentina and some cool X Factor performances. Another very underrated singer because of her associations with a generic girl band and it would be awesome for you to review some of these performances!
Hey Ken, please react to Eric Adams of Manowar singing. Especially some of the really early epic sounding stuff Manowar did like "Secret of Steel" or "Mountains". I think most people would agree, if they were honest, that Eric is definitely up there at the very top with the really great metal/rock singers like Dio and Rob Halford, but Would love to hear YOUR reaction!
