Would this help with effects of thyroidlobectomy surgery, ? I was a singer, have not been able to hold many notes since surgery mid June 2019.My speaking voice is not as clear and strong as it was. My singing voice is very much altered, weak, wobbly, tune not steady, small narrow range of notes.
Extremely important exercise, specially for singers. Most of the time, beginner singers tends to close the glottis by activating the thyroarytenoid muscle beyond necessary. With this exercise, one is able to close the glottis without having to put a lot of pressure at the thyroarytenoid, by using the cricoarytenoid muscle group. But I'm not 100% sure if that's correct, if you could confirm that it would be great. At least that's how it makes sense for me.
love your video, and it has helped tremendously. Thank You !! Please share if there might be a good exercise for lowering the pitch slightly, maybe 5 hz
