A soothing voice, gentle music, and some great looking food at the end. 13 minutes very well spent watching the latest video - always a pleasure to see you, chef
It's always a special day when a new video of yours gets uploaded. Many blessings to you, your family, and the Balti House team. Cheers from California
I'm drooling here in Ft. Worth, TX and can almost smell the aroma of this dish, on this cold, but, sunny Sunday afternoon. My mom was Anglo Indian and I surely miss her cooking. I will make this. Watching a Hallmark movie and will eat my leftover Palak Paneer later. Trying to get enough courage to make my own paneer, since there's nothing like that around here. I substituted Feta, it was okay but I need the real deal.
With all the craziness going on in the world and us being bombarded on UA-cam with politics, I have sat and listened to this to learn a new dish and what a peaceful calming video, Thank you 😎😎

Thanks so much. I love your back to basics cooking. So much flavour from so few ingredients. Your 15 minute Jalfrezi is just superb.
I have just made this and it turned out just as in the video. Didn't have any fresh chillies to added some chilli powder instead. Very tasty!
Very simple recipe thank you I try that tomorrow
Good to see you back brother. You are looking well
I'd so love to visit your restaurant.

Nice simple recipe my brother. Can the chicken be substituted with fish? I wonder how that would taste. Love from South Africa 🇿🇦
There's too many extra ingredients in the description box that does not match the video brother.....
Also missing the tomato’s in the description box, it’s like it a different recipe maybe put the wrong 1 in
Hello my friend
Did you miss the Yoghurt from the video instruction? Thanks for another upload
I think the ingredients in the description box are wrong, as far as I'm aware from other videos online that I've watched numerous of....
Hi chef in the recipe it's mentioned to add coriander powder but you didn't add any !! So which one should be followed ?
Did miss the part where you added yoghurt and fresh cream? And no Indian/Pakistani spices?
The spices are veryyyy minimal.... literally should only be black pepper lol
I think the ingredients in the description box are wrong, as far as I'm aware from other videos online that I've watched numerous of....
What about the other listed ingredients?
The recipe in the description does not match the video for some odd reason. I would just follow the video
Looks so good. Love the tomatoes and chilis, but recipe doesn't match.
I was surpised no garlic onion or spices! Just chillis
It's more to do with the tomatoes and the black pepper.... literally lol
Wrong ingredients in the description mate
This is more like a Mediterranean cuisine bro just salt , pepper and tomato.
You cover your head, but what about your bear? Hairs could fall into the food,!!!
No spice at all except pepper?
Doesn't sound right to me.
