hmmmm.. Well una ung late period regular and menses ko. Swerte ako walang morning sickness pero sensitive ako sa amoy ng mantika. Mejo nawalan ako ng appetite on my 1st trm.

accurate ba sis ung binigay na fertile windows ni FLO app sa naging result ng OPK mo? thanks sa sagot 💗

Based on personal experience accurate sya kasi regular ako magperiod. Pero need mo sya gamitin atleast 3 months para makuha nya yung actual na fertile periods mo. Pero safe pa dn na mag + - 1 day ka magbaby dance para sure na sure☺️

Need po ba mag check-up muna before uminom ng folic acid? Or okay lng khit hnd pa ng pacheck up

as far as I know pwede naman kahit hindi pacheck up tska pwde kahit di pa buntis. Para in preparation na rin sa pagbubuntis, sa development ng baby. Yun qng bilin sakin ng doctor ko, before pa ko mapreggy nagffollic na ko.😊
