I was on depo shot for sometime now though I stopped 2 months ago all this while my period wasn't coming but now it came on 15th bled for two days (not heavy though) and stopped only to notice like few minutes heavy bled yesterday! Now it's irregular and am trying to not to get pregnant but I don't know how to input my short cycle into what u have thought us now. Do I say my cycle started yesterday or on the 15th considering it's very brief . Thanks as I look forward to your response

When trying to calculate safe days, do we not need to add 5 days before the fertile window to account for sperm living up to 5 days? Following the example of the video, couldn't a couple have sex on the 7th of september (6th day of the cycle), the sperm could survive into the fertile window and fertilize an ovulating egg on the 10th of september (9th day of the cycle)? Or are the 5 days of sperm longevity already accounted for in the 18/11 days method?

Hi! I have several videos on how to conceive a baby boy on my channel. You can search through. If you can monitor your cycle for at least 3 months, know your peak and ovulation day then you have a good chance to try for a baby boy.
Hello Nosa, Thank you so much for making out time for all your videos . I actually took time to watch every video concerning ovulation and irregular cycle but I have a question. What of when your next period starts in a different month because you keep using the same month for your illustration. For instance whereby I saw my period on the 11th of December and the next ones comes on the 8th of January, How do know the length of my ovulation cycle for January against February.
Secondly you said in your video how to know about the beginning of our fertile window by subtracting the lowest ovulation cycle we had for the past 6 months, does the answer I got be applied on every month. For instance if my lowest cycle was 27days on December and I subtract 18 from it , which gives me 9. Should I use this number 9 to calculate my fertile window opening for the rest of the months while updating my calendar until I have another lowest cycle . Please Ma I'm trying to convince a baby boy and I already have girls, I'm ready to learn more. Thank you 😊

The method of calculating ovulation is consistent. Every month or every cycle you use the same method from the previous month. According to your question, From 11 of Dec to 8 of January is 28 days, if you have a regular cycle then go ahead and subtract 14 to get your ovulation. Apply same method every cycle.
If you have irregular cycles then the calculation is different and according to my video you want to subtract 11 from the shortest cycle to get your ovulation.
When you update your six months cycle, you should get new numbers. Continue to use the shortest and longest cycles to do the calculations like I demonstrated.
And also note that when you update your cycles every month, ONLY ONE cycle should change at a time, the other five cycles should remain the same. You are going to continue doing this every month/ cycle until the end of the year. I hope this answers your questions. Check out my last video on fertility, I tried to explain this with a board. ❤️

From Jan 18 to Feb 14 is 28days cycle. Your ovulation will be on 14 days from Feb 14 which is Feb 28. From Feb Feb 23 to Feb 29 is your fertile window
