I listened to it after watching the Avengers sometime accidentally and just went WHAT THE HELL HOW IS THIS NOT WRITTEN FOR LOKI I MEAN THE LYRICS I CANT BE THE ONLY ONE HEARING THAT!!
but I still had to wait for Avengers and now there's Avengers and this vid.
and if you're not crying it's not good enough.

~I LOVE the song to this vid too b.c I favored LOTR: The 2 Towers, of all 3 series... & when I heard the song, I first thought of Armageddon, but the more I heard it, it reminded me of ... ME. I think he sees it this way though Thor did repeatedly try to reach out to him. But he resents Thor for all the love and attention piled on him he feels he never got. Kinda tragic really.
Loki wears many visages, all of them a mask. What is is real visage then? As he lost it along the way? Is it burried so deep he can,t even dig it out again? This video was so emotional, and it ft so well.
ALL LOKI NEEDS IS A HUG!!!!!! (I did not need those tears anyway)

I just adore Loki. He's such a heart breaker. When I first watch Thor, I was so heartbroken by Loki's pain. He's not a villain, he's a little kid trying to get his dad's attention. He loves his brother and hates him at the same time while hating himself more.
Watching it over and over again, I have to applaud the use of muted colors. Having the reds, greens, and blues really stand out is magnificently done.
This was so epic, it was sick!!! WOW! I give this, you know, like 100 out of 10... :|

I was watching and thinking how it matched Gollum when it mentioned "us". I was right! But it also relates to Loki with the "us" to. Us for Loki, would be his evil side and what was left of the brother still in him. In Thor The Dark World, you really see the argument that he is having with himself.

I listened this song in this morning while laying on my bed. I was thinking about Loki and I realized how well this song truly fits to him. Then I came to my computer and did something, then I came to UA-cam just to find some random videos. After a while this came to me and I was like "Wow, there's a video about Loki with this song. Freaking epic stuff!" I really liked this one, amazing job!

I saw the link for this vid, and my chest clenched up, and I thought - damn. That is just too close to the mark. Super-sad LOTR song + Loki feels = agony. Either this is going to be ridiculous, or it's going to rip my heart right out and grind it into dust.

First of all I loved the beginning with all the scenic shots from the films, truly stunning especially as you stuck to the original flow of the clips and didn't seem to alter the velocity much; very effective. I don't know whether it was deliberate or not, but the colouring is very dark, which would normally bother me, but it really worked here. It made Asgard look even more gleaming.
The Thor and Loki parts were stunning and I don't know how you made his scepter stand out so blue against the-

This is really beautiful and the music fits perfectly
-black and white but it was astonishing. Finally, the song. I love the Lord of the Rings series, and always found Gollum an interesting character, particularly after the third film, but I never thought of comparing these two characters. I guess in a way if Loki kept getting more and more damaged he might end up something like Gollum, who looks physically evil as well as inside. And the lyrics. Everything flowed so perfectly.
