A swap like this is going cost about 20k now even used parts. The market right now for car parts and cars in general are astronomical high in price and has tremendously changed since this video. Most drop out coyote engine alone are going for close to 7k with 100k miles. So if you are going to do this swap expect to spend about 10k alone on just the drive train. I just bought gen2, it came with everything & a mt82 attached for $6,500. I can't say for sure but engine supposedly was 66,000 miles.
