I had a 2001 3200gt. I had to replace the factor fitted throttle body and used a 3rd party contactless system. I think it cost about £500 back in 2011, not to bad. I always found the mechanical parts reasonably priced for a super car, but things like air vent covers, trim, electric window motors were stupid money. I had to replace the driver electric window motor and it cost over double the throttle body. Great car though :) Wiring and hoses are pants. I replaced a lot of original hosing proactively with German made materials.
As a 3200 owner I can say it's the most expensive item I have bought other than my house!, Ludicrous prices for spares if you can even get them, Maserati don't want to know, looks great, drives great, when it's on the road.
wow exhaust pipe clog cause engine failure,.oil pump (4.2 is the same engine of the 360 Modena Ferrari..) on issues with electric wiring like any Italian car..??. man did you ever own a MG or a Jaguar ? Pls provide any examples?

They are NOT the same engine at all - common misconception.
