Ingredients
6 egg whites
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 tblspn vinegar
1/2 tblsn vanilla
2 tspn corn flour
Filling
2 cups non dairy whiping cream
2 tblsp sunquick ir any cordial or fresh fruit pulp
Topping
Mix berries and tropical fruits

Tried it, they turned out well. I kept them at 165C for 15 minute and at 125C for 30 mins. Next time, I would reduce the bake time. Thank you for the simple recipe!

Is it essential to use cream of tartar? Can we skip it?
If you do not have cream of tartar you can use a few drops of lemon to stabiize the egg whites
