Spoke faster in this one, hopefully people don't have to play it at 1.5x now :)
Shoutouts to SRC267, Derek Turtle Roe, reanimatedsunit2592, Edrokski777, Pabload16, huckleberrypie for the news tips!
Sudachi is available for iOS too, You didn't mention it :)
I unfortunately had to slow it down to 0.9x speed because it's a bit fast for me and things can be mentioned that my semi-deaf ears wouldn't pick up, causing me to back the video from 5 seconds to nearly 1 minute back just to hear what you were mentioning and such.
Steam is dead. Just like MySpace, Facebook, etc. they just rot
@@IntrovertSinceBirth but not on the appstore
nice change in tone, although I'm used to the chilled talk approach
Protect the internet archive at all costs. We need protection for these kind of things. One day. These companies suing will need these files where else will they go? I get that people downloading them for free is suspicious. But bro. DMCA laws need to be changed. Archives are great!
They'll disappear and only the corporate gate keeps will decide what you're allowed to see. How else will they shovel garbage into your mouth
Books there have already been handled to account for copyright law many years back to appease publishers. I don’t see what case they have now.
Honestly I play your videos because you are honest with the topics and direct with the news... Other channels make fake topics to force attention and then star taking redundant things about flying bird... Thanks for your service Mr. Sujano
the folks hacking the internet archive and the folks sueing internet archive are definitely the same criminals
It’s fairly obvious isn’t it?
Copyright laws are a joke.
Personally, Copyright Laws should be OVERHAULED and have it to where the highest limit of copyright should be only up to 50 years and that's it.
they will be abolished one day and art will be allowed to truly flourish
@@SuperFlashDriverthat's too high even, 20 years is plenty of time to milk whatever it is you created
@@SuperFlashDriver I'd lower to 20/25 and only the direct author can enforce it. Copyright law basically exists just for the publishers legal department to keep milking authors of their hard work.
@@midorifox I thought of doing it a 30/30, 30 years when it's registered as copyright, and 30 years after the author's death. BUt to be honest, it could also be 20/20, and thus it can only be renewed at a max of 2 or 3 times before it has to go into public domain, and also, if the person dies, then 20 or 30 years after that it should be public domain, no exceptions, no renewals for copyright, and any company that breaks the law would be sued or need to pay nearly 100 billion dollars for copyright violations and public domain issues. But then I thought of 50 as a "generous number".
The Internet Archive is such a valuable resource. It’s hard for me to imagine any reason to attack them.
At least this’ll be a valuable learning opportunity that will hopefully make the website more resilient for the future.
Well there is a lot of piracy on it, I wouldn't be surprised if Nintendo and cronies were behind it.
400$ for legos IS MADNESS!
Better investment would be to burn that money with a Lego Lighter
i see you haven't followed LEGO news in a while
Their markup is insane, and it keeps increasing, corporate greed at its finest.
@@legospacememe8468what Lego news?
@@jasrajsingh2373 LEGO of this scale has always been expensive
Following constantly the YUZU shenanigans. This was definitely my favorite thing in today's post. Please keep it up. Cheers to YUZU and forks!
I wouldn't be shocked if they are behind the ddossing. Maybe even more. I hope the lawsuit fails cause this is atrocious.
And then counter-sue them for sabotage.
I’ve beat it takes two 4 times now. Once wt a buddy , my nephew and both of my daughters. Absolutely love it.
I use it as my "come over and game with me babe" game
We’ve beaten It Takes Two too many times to count. My wife and my kids love the game and I think it’s one of the best games of the last few years.
They are 100% related, no question in my mind that it’s the goons that are suing them also commissioning the DDOS
Would hurt their case if the source is identified, which it will be.
@@NinjaRunningWild exactly, it needs to come out, they’re 100% behind that. It’s too convenient
just leave the Steam username and password in a Will BUT don't ever let Valve know
Yup. Valve isn’t part of what you privately share.
Exactly, and leave your email password as well for the 2FA, or open a new email if you don't want that person to have access to it all, only for 2FA.
Bruh no way, we got Nier wine before GTA 6 😭🙏
it's honestly the stupidest thing I ever heard😂
Never thought there are millions of fans who loves Grand Theft Auto this dang much...Geebus Crust you can pretty do "(Insert Thing Here) before (Insert Game Title here)" type of cliche comment.
@@SuperFlashDriver yea GTA 5 was only like the second best selling game of all time for awhile lol
Bro is excited for GTA 6 Mega-Transactions.
@@Unlucky1776 Yeah; Even then, it's not a game series I particularly liked because, well, it's too popular of a franchise for me, but not for everyone else. It's just that I've seen these running gag comments so much, to the point that if it does release, I won't be shocked if it sucks. And I never bought a single grand theft auto game in my entire life.
My favorite thing was Majora's Mask for Android. Gonna have to install that on my retroid pocket 4 pro.
Finished it takes two with my 7-year-old last year and it was an amazing experience. Highly recommended
i like your news so much :) keep up the amazing work :D
The Lego set is in line with Legos regular prices. It averages around 10 cents a piece for higher end builds usually. +$50 for licensing I guess
Meanwhile the lego company is producing 100+ legos in a single injection mold for pennies a shot. It's in line with regular pricing, but that just goes to show how overpriced lego is.
LEGO was just as overpriced when I was a kid, lmao.
@trashtrash2169 it was overpriced but not $400 overpriced lol
Copyright laws, like many things, seem to mostly favor corporations.
Copyright laws are due for a reform and support *PUBLIC* ownership/domains.
I had a feeling Archive was going to run into trouble when I started to find it was turning into an easy to access dumping ground for files people technically shouldn't be giving free access to... namely music. The music industry is absolutely savage when it comes to stuff like this.
That died off when music artist defended piracy. Right now they all hate the music streaming service Iike Spotify because they don't get the money the ceo does. It's why apps like bandcamp was better until Epic Game Store bought it and ruin it.
The music "industry" also ruined music
Woah!! It's cool to see you giving way Lego StarWars 3. Its one of my favorite lego games ever lol
Very interesting stuff going on with Internet Archive. Please keep us updated.
I was wondering myself about my backlog being transferred to my relatives, haha unless Steam deactivates it, it's all fine to transfer the credentials.
That's a decent giveaway
All ppl can enter and it's not timezone restricted or first come first served
Lego games on GOG now? Oh-ho shit! I gotta peep the GOG library again.
2 ship 2 harkanian - I had to watch that again as I was not sure if it was the game I was thinking of or not!
Yeah I think I'd just leave my details for a relative, I got a few nephews
nice outro! haha
no way im having my coffin fitted with a gaming pc and wifi connection ill take mine with me lol
300$ for a damn lego tree... thats crazy
respect to you correcting yourself about sameboy
Hey!!! Listen!!!
great!
Just give them your steam account login and password, and they can use family sharing or something to access your games from their account
Obviously my favorite is the majora mask port for android dude, love your vids your a hero to the community
Sudachi doesn't run on the S20, so it's kinda irrelevant to me but the Majora's Mask src ports are interesting to follow.
Modern copyright law will be looked back on like the Burning of Alexandria's Library.
What Dragons Dogma 2 needs is the community to crack it; that'll force Capcom to remove Denuvo, improving game performance - and also allow it to be shared on the high-seas, which might just generate enough word-of-mouth support to bring the game back into relevance.
On the Steam account transfer issue, like you say - I just don't think it's a situation they've really considered. Valve has a track record of doing the right thing though, so I expect them to sort out something on this front. There may be complications around the transfer of limited licences - it all comes down to the details in the T&C's on purchase, which if memory serves do usually include a line or two about reselling or transferring the licence. I'm not certain if such a line is enforcable though; second-hand sales of physical games are an accepted part of the industry despite any limitations a licence might try to apply, so the transfer of digital licences should also be covered by the same common-sense ruling.
Also, if you land on this comment for the prize draw, then reroll!
Legos vary wildly in price. We have the previous Cinderella’s Castle, which is the most expensive set we have ever bought. It is massive, on a shelf, and gets lots of “Ooooooo” when people see it. Would you buy a largely handmade art sculpture for a similar price? Then it is the same thing.
Look like cloud protection service companies will get massive profits in the future
Sup, Mr. Su
Wow android port already! Awesome 😎
I was getting Final Burn Neo roms from IA. Where am I supposed to get them now?
I like how Sudachi seems to be taking up the mantle, I keep hearing about support for recent games. Is it still to soon to expect much from them?
The 25K goal for the terraria board game is probably not a real goal. It's pretty standard for board game crowdfunding to set a low goal in order to get more hype. The same for stretch goals, these are usually also just to get more hype.
That doesn't mean the 500K (or how much it is now) is not impressive though.
There needs to be a viable way to hand over online media libraries to next of kin, or so
riley testut also just confirmed that 3ds emulation will be coming to the Delta emulator soon!!
Mr Sujano stands for, time to update my emulators
The deku tree comes out to about .12 cents a piece. I have the Lego blacksmith. That was about .08 cents a piece. The deku tree is just about in line I would say. Just a bit more than I wanted it to be
Only playing at 1.25x now ;)
Majora's Mask on Android sounds fun, I might have to check that out
Steam news was the best part
The Nintendo Ninjas found out what we really use Internet Archives for. 😅
Whisky guy here 😊
$300 for a designer Lego set? Sadly that's actually right smack in the middle of their usual pricing and not at all out of line. Lego Concorde was the same price and the Titanic is $500. So this isn't a surprise sadly 😢😢
I vibrate my root beer to remove the fizz because it makes my mouth feel spicy.
Someone make an archive of the internet archive quick!
I'd try that wine 🍷
I don't have the Deku dollars for that
If you let someone know your account information for email and services like Steam, they aren't going to know that you are dead and have passed the accounts on to someone else.
All this emulation and roms suing is completely ridiculous now I understand current gaming but all in general is insane…we are literally keeping these games relevant and alive
How is Valve supposed to know you left your Steam account to someone in a will, anyway? Unless you rat on yourself...
Steam games and any other gaming platform like Playstation will NOT allow us to keep the digital version of the games we bought. It's a digital license to use them, sad but true.
Oh if I die I’m playing those games.
Why would you need to transfer your account when u can already do family share of games on steam?
You cant tell me that the Lego set is worth the money than a switch.
Nier Wine sounds dope while the news from Steam sounds like a mess that'll come back to bite them.
Steam need to realise one thing. It is his money, his choice. If Steam stealing it, then they will be another EU fine.
Steam is having an Ivan Drago Moment, lol
Shitty companies are angry about users to have preservation of files. Screw those suckers.
YUZU NEWS?!?!?!
DD2 is a narrative driven single player game not a live service, why would anyone expect people to play it forever?
Nice
So much for some Legos is insane
Do we even own our Steam games?
I know for a fact PSN members do not own their games and have merely purchased a license to use said games. (I once had an account banned for console modding and lost $230 in Vita games with no legal recourse to do anything about it)
I'm no legal expert in this timeline but I suspect licenses versus actual ownership may play a part in the 'inability' to transfer
3:30 $410 CAD??
I hope they Port the decompiled zeldas to ps Vita
I'm a HUGE Dogma fan. Capcom took advantage of our nostalgia and good will, sold us a broken product, promised to fix it, and then abandoned us. Easily the biggest disappointment of my year.
Well theres IS a fluff in the credits
Could have sworn Steam accounts had an expiration date.
I would guess 100 years. The internet in 10 years, let alone 100, will probably be… let’s just say interesting.
The steam thing is a non-issue, just give someone your password and log in.
There are many ways to fully give it to somebody you can change the phone to their phone number and even put a steam guard on this way it just Auto generates a six-digit code and you put it in.
I think some boy doing that just putting something superficial behind a paywall is perfectly fine I'm okay with that.
As long as it is no features that are taken away from the free version then I fully support and I think if I didn't already have a bunch of game boy emulators I would buy a few things just for support.
I think that is a very fair way, probably the best way to go.
Although I fully support preservation I do think the internet archive is skating on that nice on some of these issues especially with books and such now I know there was covid and no one was really looking because we were locked down so they implemented more books that are still in print and still sold for easy access.
I can see where the author would be upset and maybe Sue.
I truly believe something is not being sold anymore then it's all up for preservation the day something goes out of print that's it preservation for sure.
So, my question is, can Sudachi actually run all the games Yuzu were able to run before ?
Hi
It takes 2 is an awesome game I played it on a PS4 and it really dose takes two tbh😂
Save the Archive at all costs.
Dragon's dogma needs patching
It's probably Nintendo trying to get yuzu copies off internet archive 🤣
Still pokemon acreus is not run
man I wish you were giving away The Skywalker Saga since I have the complete and clone wars but I want a completely voiced Lego Star Wars game (over a year ago I played cracked)
Why is the Zelda Lego set 18+?
Yeah you can and you can still do it without steam knowing you relinquish you account to someone else and they toss THEIR email in the account info instead of yours. Problem solved. Unless you get shot and died on the spot then that's a different story.
❤
Why would you buy an overpriced children's toy (Lego) lol
Because you can and because you want to
I bet the people suing the archive are the same type of jerks who burned down the Library of Alexandria. Don't let it happen again! The archive is the greatest library in the history of the world.
yuzu ❤
Does sudachi run games better than yuzu?
Yoo
You need to start covering the fact that Vimms lair , games that were taken down temporarily are back up have been up for over a week .
I would think the archive can’t pay anything. Not sure where the site is based. Steam is no different from a Nintendo account. Technically, it’s a subscription. Maybe he can down them to a hard drive. Think about when you decide to sell your game system, technically you lose all access to the games you brought. I brought a game many years ago on iPhone. Capcom decided to not update the app. I lost the game I brought forever. No refund.
I thought switch emulator is dead
I love NieR, but that NieR wine is just plain stupid. My cake isn't gonna taste better because I sang to it in the Oven.
