I have been making my Christmas cards since January... my friend has a Snowflake Challenge That is 52 cards in the year..one a week... she also does the Alphabet Daily Christmas challenge a couple o months before Christmas . A is for Angel etc next day would be b then every day after till we have completed the alphabet challenge it makes you think one year I had for z there is no zips on santa's trews...We all used to be oan docrafts.com craft site for many years they closed this site down so have lost a few friends as they don't do f/b... .. I love to make decoupage cards 8x8 and smaller... we buy oor stamps in bulk I post over sixty Christmas cards and lots o birthday and anniversary cards... I have been buying some boxes etc to try this.. and for my cross stitching and parchment work... craftsuprint has some beautiful designs... now I think I only have the matt water base varnish to buy.. x stitching a sampler while watching you...Thank you for sharing...Happy crafting... How do you keep paint strokes from showing in the varnish?
Super thin layers of varnish, after about 5-6 of them sand it down with extra fine sandpaper or steel wool, the 2-3 more super thin coats ☺️
