When you take cautious pauses, you sound more relaxed, eloquent, you create a comfort for the listener. Don't use, or try to minimize use of fillers like, "you know what I'm sayin", "like", ya feel me".... fillers create a sense of aggression for some reason. Good question. I bet you're a great speaker! 💁🏾💯
