Thanks for your technique. I am 60% flexible. I do yoga regularly. Please tell me if I feel stretch or tention in lower back after the exercise ,that increase the back bone flexibilty, still we continue the practice daily or do it once in weak ? Please must reply
While performing purno bhujangasana the feet are place on the head and the feet are the calf musicals and bacj musicals pulled. Any exercises should be avoided. My age is 55 years. Plese helps.
