Shouldnt every diacharge cycle you ahould be going lower and lower on the voltage. This is how you restore the battery memory and help restore its full charge capacity
No its lost its ability to reach capacity. However I have a question. I just started recharging all my cells on a 2nd gen prius hybrid battery with the bguad cq3. Cell 19 after 3 sets of cycling from using your settings, the Dchg went from start 443,1062, to 3rd cycle at 1172. The Chg at start went from 3297, 3412, to 3rd cycle at 3413. Should I continue to try charging it or stop and consider it bad?
Thank you for watching and taking time to comment. I would continue running cycles on that battery because it looks as if it is coming up each time. I have run many cycles on some to get them back to life. They may not be as good as the ones that come back to >5000discharge, 7500CAPA on a single cycle but they do have life left in them.

👍
What do you think about that battery, do you think it should be replaced?
Thank you for watching. This battery was replaced because the discharge value did not achieve 5000mah.
