The county north of where I live in Pennsylvania is called Elk county. There is an area called Benezette where persons like to travel to go see the wild elk. There is a nice visitor center there that is a newer constructed building.

The yellow flowers are called Scotch Broom. The pink ones are Rhodeaden, also it's the state flower of Washington.

The Yellow bush you try to identify seems to be Scotch Broom.... I am not 100% sure but it's what they look like from far.
