    THE INSTRUMENT IN THE PHOTO HAS NO STRINGS AND IT GIVES ME A KAFKA TYPE OF REACTION OF CASTRATION. ESPECIALLY AS THE INSTRUMENT IS A BIG INSTRUMENT.

      If you look closely, you will see that the strings on this beautiful instrument are perfectly intact. The photo quality does not easily lend itself to precise details, such as thin harpsichord strings.
