Lyrics:
You give me
You give me fever
Never know how much I love you
Never know how much I care
When you put your arms around me
I get a fever that's so hard to bear
Listen to me baby, hear every word I say
No one can love you the way I do
'Cause they don't know how to love you my way
You give me fever, when you kiss me
Fever when you hold me tight
Fever in the morning
Fever all through the night
Sun lights up the daytime
Moon lights up the night
My eyes light up when you call my name
'Cause I know you're gonna treat me right
Bless my soul I love you, take this heart away
Take these arms I'll never use
And just believe in what my lips have to say
You give me fever, when you kiss me
Fever when you hold me tight
Fever in the morning
Fever all through the night
Everybody's got the fever
That is something you should know
Fever isn't such a new scene
Fever started long ago
You give me fever, fever
You give me, you give me fever
You give me fever, when you kiss me
Fever when you hold me tight
Fever in the morning
Fever all through the night
Romeo loved Juliet
Juliet, she felt the same
When he put his arms around her
He said Julie baby, you're my flame
He gave her fever
Sun lights up the daytime
Moon lights up the night
My eyes light up when you call my name
Because I know you're gonna treat me right
You give me fever, when you kiss me
Fever when you hold me tight
Fever in the morning
Fever all through the night
Fever, with his kisses
Fever when he holds me tight
Everybody's got the fever
That is something you should know
Fever isn't such a new scene
Fever started long ago
Fever
Captain Smith and Pocahontas
Had a very mad affair
When her daddy tried to kill him
She said, daddy oh don't you dare
He gives me fever
With his kisses
Fever when he holds me tight
Fever, I'm his Misses
Daddy, won't you treat him right
Fever, when you kiss them
Fever, if you live and learn
Fever, until you sizzle
What a lovely way to burn

Erotica is one of the most underrated albums in music history. For me this album is the best.
Overhated too. If it was released now it would've been a massive hit
The most artistical Madonna's album! This the highest proof of her immense eclecticism!
It’s a good album
Is your name really Madonna Ciccone?!
tru
The 1990s was the golden age of Madonna music videos. All her greatest works are found here, beginning with Vogue in 1990. Through the provocative Justify My Love, the lush Rain (filmed in black and white, later colored in), the "Looking for Mr Goodbar" inspired Bad Girl, the visually stunning Bedtime Story.... I could go on... Human Nature (my personal favorite), the Warhol inspired Deeper and Deeper.... all the way to the award winning Ray of Light. Nothing Really Matters (inspired by the novel Memoirs of a Geisha), Power of Good-bye (inspired the classic Joan Crawford film "Humoresque"), and Frozen (partially inspired by the Oscar-winning film "The English Patient" are also top notch.
Many fans consider Madonna to be an 80s artist, but for me, her most creative period was the 1990s. So much thought went into everything, the songs, the videos, the performances, the cd sleeve content.
I couldn't agree more!
Jesse Andrew you couldn’t be more correct!!
Love Human Nature and the message behind the song!
You wrote here your life))))
Agree, Agree, Agree
You know what I have to be honest as a 19 year old It really annoys me how people never told me that Madonna was the Blueprint in Pop Music. I hope the Gen Z will be educated about her GREATNESS.
This.
Ummm. CHER. 😣🫣😤
THIS. Tama, sis.
Forgive me for this trespass; but are the replies to the above post even comprehendible
Yes frero
This is definitely the best version. I always loved hearing Donna and Niki backing her up.
love Donna an Niki in the background, it gives it a depth and force that the other versions of the song lack. This is the absolute best version.
Same
@@shahramrejvani2527 known also as the Edit One remix featured on the Rain EP
The style still holds up, and much better than recent mainstream stuff. Great house version. Her legacy is aging very well, thanks Madonna!
The erotica era music videos had top notch directors. Go look at erotica, deeper and deeper, rain and bad girl. All works of art.
Same can be said for Like a Prayer, Bedtime Stories and Madame X
The irony lol. No wonder why i pleasure myself with her album.. especially Bad Girl, HOT AF
I agree. But MTV rarely played these videos. I first saw this video in 2010, and I was a huge fan.
@@jjorden1976 really? MTV Europe played her all the time
@@ginasousabranco5637 I agree except for madame x
I will NEVER get tired of watching this. One of Madonna's BEST and most OVERLOOKED videos. Her look and moving is STUNNING.
This glorious remix is finally on streaming services! Thank you Madonna and team! #Erotica30
Yay!! Thanks queen M n the team 😘😘😉🥰
that's actually an original version, the remix is on cd
@@woodenslash6966 what do you mean
@@scp0460gdfan What he says is true, the version of Fever in the video was the first one made by Shep Pettibone. They finally edited it for the album, by chosing a version a little more jazzy and a little less dancing. That's why this version is called "Edit one" on the released Maxi CDs and vinyles.
@@Madvin3000 oh
I miss Madonna’s surreal era. This and bedtime story are classics.
Why, is she dead?
I think this is the best upscale till now. Very colourfull and vibrant.
Yes!!!
I love how she is wearing original thailand crown look so STUNNING 👑❤️🔥
👄🇹🇭👄🇹🇭👄
She has 51 number 1 dance hits 💛
crazy
Soon all those songs to be released on vinyl but it seems this version of Fever won’t be in it.
Yes Causing a Commotion was left of Finally enough love

This was Madonna’s best decade and gave her permanent diva status
You love her as much as theothers loath her. She keeps churning top tens and no.1s in the 90s and 2000s and hits in the 2010s. Keep streaming Madonna!
@@ronrodriguez9741
What a shame hackers sons of a bitch hacked her computer and messed up with Rebel Heart. But this album is a totally and completely masterpiece, and it was a huge success sold out illegally with over than 20 millions downloads.
And Bedtime Stories cemented her even further as the unapologetic queen she is. She burned so the others could run away from the fire
🔥👍🐐🎸♥️
When people used to make great, real music.
Her Majesty!
This is probably the most unexpected reaction to this video, but it makes me think of how metals behave when heated up. Madonna and the muscle man are clad in sliver and gold to represent the elemental metals and the grid like lights show the atomic arrangement of metals in a rigid grid. The zooming in and out shows how the atoms start jiggling when heated up!
I remember back in day, when somebody from the Rolling Stones Magazine said that this videoclip was one of the worst videos of Madonna. What a crap...!! I still love it! and its amazing
Don't care what anyone ever says, I WILL ALWAYS LOVE MADONNA
I love that her and Elvis sang this beautiful song
A DREAM COMETRUE...."FEVER" IS FINALLY IN HD! ONE OF MY FAVORITE MADONNA MUSIC VIDEOS!
Erotica is one of the greatest albums from the nineties, also Bed Times Stories was excellent. She didn’t have to work so hard to be controversial. I love the Madonna from the 90s.
she evolved and so should her fans. we cant keep on comparing. Because if she still acted too much Dita at 60 she’d be as insignificant as other so called legends who kept in museums. Madonna is Current and In the Present, here and now, Forever.
Best version, her voice and the beat is so calm and seducing. It hypnotizes you.
Album version is like a demo and this version is mastered version. Her voice and tone altered a bit from Im Breathless.
The album version sucked ass, this video one is dope tho
This should of been the version on “finally enough love”. I’m disappointed.
@@anthonymejia2549 I agree. What is this version even called? Has it been released before?
@@AngryBirdsMusic "Fever (Edit One)" released on the 'Rain' single
The queen of pop.
This is the version of "Fever" that should have been on the album.
90s Madonna will always be my fav decade of hers. So much art and creativity in just a span of 10 years came out from her, and her voice was at its peak here too
Dong khi ngoc 🎉🎉
¨A cover must be completly different or better than the original¨. I think she nailed both
👏🏼
This has NOTHING on Lil Willie John
@IThinkTheFuckNot YouTrickAssBitch taste is subjective... This is differnt, and im sometimes in a mood for this one. But most, people, think,Peggy Lee,did, this originally.. #music history lol. This one is less musical I find..
She butchered it. Ugh.
Never got into the others this is the only cover I like
A true visionary. This sounds fresh and better than half of the canned music today.
La Toya Jackson's "No Relations" album (1991) is really iconic.
IN HD 💛💛💛💛
The perfect blend of House music, Rave style and Pop sound. Ecstasy!
\..
And this version is the best version of this song ever
@@MarvinGuatemalanBoy definitely
The surprising thing is that it's a cover of an Elvis song. Musically it is completely different. Of course, respect for the king.
ua-cam.com/video/OSeyfWTLnWg/v-deo.html
Rave.. like Orbital, Utah Saints, Moby and the Prodigy? This is house music nothing Rave or Techno
Groundbreaking album far ahead of it’s time, it challenged stereotypes about female sexuality.
It was deemed a ‘career-ending album’ upon its release, 28 years later it is hailed as a revolutionary masterpiece.
without this album, many women in music wouldn’t be able to express themselves freely through sexuality and intimacy
*?Your profile picture Looks **#Familiar** And your Last name rhymes with mine...Like BrancoEnRico :-)*
This album and its message would still be shocking even today
What songs were groundbreaking exactly other than the title track? I like Erotica but I found it a huge let down from Like A Prayer both in songwriting and production. Shep Pettibone was a much better remixer than songwriter and we found out later Tony Shimkin ghostwrote many of the songs. Where Life Begins, Whys it So Hard, Did You Do It and In This Life are horrible songs.
You can tell they only used an 8 track recording desk..
@@astrolabe1976 I get Why's It So Hard and even Did You Do It, but When Life Begins and In This Life, IMO are great songs. Music is subjective so I respect your opinion, but for me, When Life Begins is a nice slower more cheeky song (obvs about eating out) while In This Life is a sad ballad abt her gay bestfriend and gay mentor (both died of AIDs). I think the appeal of the Erotica era is its brash and liberating attitude towards sexuality. I'd def rank Erotica over LAP any day.
Read the message right: The most iconic woman singer ever.
Billboard Woman of the Year

Thai costume never disappointed 🔥✨
The sun 🌞 is in the blue sky,the grass is green, taxes are due and a smoking-hot singer with a sultry voice will record their version of "Fever."

Madonna is giving me a fever this 2020!
the last thing you would want to get in 2020 is a fever. But if you are to get one, better scream “just watch me burn. You got let it be, you got let it will be”,
Same with Foo Fighters's I'll Stick Around

MADONNA IS THE GREATEST BECAUSE SHE'S SO UNIQUE AND DIFFERENT !👑💜👌💯

Madonna made the best videos in the 90s !!!
Madonna wears the Thai traditional Chada as a great honor, always loved her.

This song/sound aesthetic is *SO* early 90s MDMA/Ketamine/club-drug proto-EDM sonic brilliance. Madonna is the absolute Queen of Pop

The glory days, when ketamine was legal ;-)
I will take your Word for it.
It’s finally digitally released! I’m so happy 😍😍
Shep pettibone the dude who produced hers and Janet Jackson and Cathy Dennis the list goes on . Shep was the legend behind all our dance floor grooves
Madonna oozes sensuality in this video and this version of the song should have been on the album. Erotica and the early 90s era produced some of Madonna's most creative and memorable works of art.
