Syzoth and Ashrah is so wholesome also Johnny is just a bold man for trying to go after the royal family without a second thought! And nitara wants my boy Lao I love it!
It maybe is explained in the story mode which I haven't watched yet but I'm kinda curious as to when and how things started between them.
I just hope kung lao does not cut her in half like they did in the mk film 2021

I find it odd that they definitely made things clearer for her and Tanya rather than Kung-Jin (Seriously for the life of me, I never caught up that he was gay and when he has that intro about how Tanya "barked at the wrong tree" I didn't know it was another way to say that he didn't swing that way, but that one is more on me and how English isn't my first language.)

The comma clearly indicates that Tanya is calling Johnny an Earthrealmer as opposed to saying
“She has her eyes on another Earthrealmer” which implies another Earthrealmer that isn’t Johnny
Hope this helps clear up the confusion

they’d make for a nice rivalry (shipping fuel >:3). altho i feel like the writers didn’t do much with either characters’ arcs, which is a real shame since Li Mei was pretty hyped up to return (i know i was initially hyped to see her).
Li Mei gets all her backstory drama sorted out in her chapter and Tanya’s ending, but doesn’t go anywhere after that, her ending has her stick with being first constable (still better treatment than in the midway timeline, ngl).
and then Reiko doesn’t have much character besides “Shao’s #2.” i seriously doubt the writers will have him survive his battle with Onaga, he might get resurrected by Shinnok or someone with necromancy and gain his white eyes like he’s typically depicted with.
Reiko asking Li Mei to join the rebellion (in story mode) and wanting to meet her again probably meant some sort of admiration or respect.
BUT I hope he’s just gonna hook her up with Onaga later 👀

Megan Fox's voice acting started off terrible and seemed to get slowly better as the game was going. By the end of the story mode, it's more tolerable and is better off by the time they do these match ups.

It was probably the direction she was given, cause she has potential and you can hear that she’s got some really good line readings, this type of inconsistency in acting (especially voice acting) is usually the result of bad direction. All and all I liked her, for the most part, and if she does come back for a potential MK2 hopefully she’ll get better directions
