As a citizen of Kazakhstan , its actually not good here . Like visitin' the place for a few days , then eh i guess its fine . But most people are actually not friendly and quite nationalistic , we eat horse meat and lamb head ( including brain and eyes ) as a normal traditional food so it is also really weird here , and most people here are muslims , yet the elderly tends to be both muslim and communistic , yet a lot of muslim people go to church for some reason . SO yeah , customs are also strange here....
Yeah, this country is great for a week vacation for visiting most interesting places, but living here is tough af except center of the Astana or Almaty. Most people are poor and would scam you for money if you don't have an advisor with you (and even he gonna milking you fs). Also bad service, slow internet, bad and poor infrastructure. I went to Kazakhstan with my boyfriend in 2019. We went to Almaty and Shymkent, the latter because he has family there. I was so positively surprised by the country. It was completely out of my bubble, but I loved it. The people were extremely friendly and welcoming, the landscape was breathtaking and it was just overall a great experience.
Although you'll rarely see Rude Locals because there is too many Russians living in North Qazaqstan but I live in South Qazaqstan because that's My Birth Place.

Hi guys, I'm kazakh and I live in Kazakhstan, you like Kazakhstan because its big and unexplored, I'm 35 and I still haven't been in 90% of tourist places in Kazakhstan, the country is very big, right now where I live its snow outside, but in the other part of Kazakhstan its almost summer, all green and sunny, if I lived in Europe I would definitely choose Kazakhstan over Paris to visit because its definitely more adventure. But travelling between cities by airplane is not good option, its way more interesting to travel by car driving yourself, you can visit many small villages, get free food and shelter, see real nature, have some good road adventure. People in Kazakhstan are best in the world, no overrate, especially kazakh, very friendly.

A great experience indeed . I was impressed by your success on Kazaskhan TV :) and admired how both kept good spirit even with a crying baby on long flight, and then 16 hours on a train with noise people. I had similar experiences in 2014 when i was travelling across the Balkans from Austria to Greece. I really enjoyed it, specially in Bosnia and Albania.

You've actually opened my eyes a lot. Most of the countries you have visited, I would not even have realised that I can actually visit them as a tourist. So many amazing things to see in the world!
as a citizen of Almaty, I highly recommend visiting local nature, there are lots of well known places of sightseeing in the mountains, like the skating arena Medeu and the ski resort, which are on the same road. There's also the Charyn canyon. Professional mountain trekkers come to Almaty for the Talgar valley, it is a trip that demands experience and gear, but the valley is uninhabited, filled with wonders and landscapes that look like Swiss Alps. It is also safe because there are no predatorial animals there, you will only encounter birds or mountain goats.
Kazakhstan is really cool! I've been there multiple times (mostly just too one non capital city) for visa runs since my family lived in a bordering country, but it was still very fun. They have such pretty land and wonderful culture and of course a lot of remain russian influence from the ussr (much like the country I grew up in). We met a guy and his eagle and went hiking in the rain too, though it rained only on the way back in the hike.
Keep making videos after you have taken the trip. This is the first channel that adds commentary whilst not having a stick camera in his hand while roaming around other countries. Just take videos of places you go and then add commentary like this. This is very enjoyable. I feel like I'm watching a movie.

Hi guys, I'm kazakh and I live in Kazakhstan, you like Kazakhstan because its big and unexplored, I'm 35 and I still haven't been in 90% of tourist places in Kazakhstan, the country is very big, right now where I live its snow outside, but in the other part of Kazakhstan its almost summer, all green and sunny, if I lived in Europe I would definitely choose Kazakhstan over Paris to visit because its definitely more adventure. But travelling between cities by airplane is not good option, its way more interesting to travel by car driving yourself, you can visit many small villages, get free food and shelter, see real nature, have some good road adventure. People in Kazakhstan are best in the world, no overrate, especially kazakh, very friendly.

A great experience indeed . I was impressed by your success on Kazaskhan TV :) and admired how both kept good spirit even with a crying baby on long flight, and then 16 hours on a train with noise people. I had similar experiences in 2014 when i was travelling across the Balkans from Austria to Greece. I really enjoyed it, specially in Bosnia and Albania.

as a citizen of Almaty, I highly recommend visiting local nature, there are lots of well known places of sightseeing in the mountains, like the skating arena Medeu and the ski resort, which are on the same road. There's also the Charyn canyon. Professional mountain trekkers come to Almaty for the Talgar valley, it is a trip that demands experience and gear, but the valley is uninhabited, filled with wonders and landscapes that look like Swiss Alps. It is also safe because there are no predatorial animals there, you will only encounter birds or mountain goats.
Lots of people from almaty are watching this
Kazakhstan is really cool! I've been there multiple times (mostly just too one non capital city) for visa runs since my family lived in a bordering country, but it was still very fun. They have such pretty land and wonderful culture and of course a lot of remain russian influence from the ussr (much like the country I grew up in). We met a guy and his eagle and went hiking in the rain too, though it rained only on the way back in the hike.
Keep making videos after you have taken the trip. This is the first channel that adds commentary whilst not having a stick camera in his hand while roaming around other countries. Just take videos of places you go and then add commentary like this. This is very enjoyable. I feel like I'm watching a movie.
