Hi Chris. She needed a CFO document and affidavit of support. Some people say that they don’t require CFO anymore, unless she is getting married and relocating to another country. But I would do my own research on that, I can’t tell 100%. This is in addition to valid Schengen visa that you need to get through the danish government and embassy in PH. We got the Affidavit of support from the Philippine embassy in Norway and sent it with DHL. This is in addition to the affidavit of support that you get from your government for a Schengen tourist visa. Wish you the best of luck! Coz even i already signed that i will pay for everything the vfs Visa Center told that they still require her bank statement with 30 thousand Danish kroner on it. It’s really the land of upside down. 🤯Queenie did not have bank statement and she got the visa, and also was let through immigration with an affidavit of support from the ph embassy in Norway. But it seems so random, no consistent guidelines.
Yes that's true, a lot of people are struggling to find out what papers they actually want. Also the checklist we got from the danish embassy was different then the one she was presented at the visa center, it's really crazy. And you get so disappointed when you travel from the province to manila just to find out they still want other papers that was not mentioned at all. Wish you and your wife all the best.
