It’s a nice tactic to show the world. It’s something psychopaths like norwegians do to gain the respect of others because they care deeply of what others(rest of the world) think of them. But what brevik(mass killer from 2011)said is in everyone’s mind in the end. And that’s the reality.

the girl at 1:38 is another proof that no matter how emancipated a country is in regards to women's right ( being self reliant, self sufficient, independent and generally not approving of romanti /generous acts like a guy paying for them because that would go against their cultural norms) there will still be this need or maybe want to want to be spoiled by a guy. there is absolutely nothing wrong with that, i still appreciate when a guy is a gentleman and goes out his way to impress but surely that must be reciprocated with respect and lady like attitude

Ask the real Norwegians. Not the ones who live in the capital of Norway. I've asked far more people than you, and this is more correct from a North-Norwegian perspective for instance.
    GREAT:
    1. Northern-Norway
    2. Western-Norway
    3. Mid-Norway
    GOOD
    4. Finland, Denmark, Iceland and Faroe Island
    5. Eastern-Norway (excluding the capital)
    PUSHING IT
    6. Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia
    7. England, Wales, Ireland, Scotland (excluding the capitals)
    8. France, Netherland, Belgia, Germany, Austria, Switzerland (excluding the capitals)
    9. Spain, Italy, Greece
    CAREFUL NOW
    10. Balkans, Japan, Korea and China
    11. Philipines, Thailand, and South-America
    UNACCEPTABLE
    12. North-America, Russia, Middle East, Africa, the capital of Oslo, and Sweden
