Happy Thursday everyone! This is the first video from my European series. It is a different style that I have been doing lately so let me know if you like it!❤ More countries to come 😊
A Norwegian Viking man can impress women by demonstrating how he takes his longship up a canal to deliver seeds which can be planted in fertile places.
Love the openness of the Norwegians you interviewed ! Being able yo criticise the downside of your culture is a great sign of humbleness and willingness to improve
It’s a nice tactic to show the world. It’s something psychopaths like norwegians do to gain the respect of others because they care deeply of what others(rest of the world) think of them. But what brevik(mass killer from 2011)said is in everyone’s mind in the end. And that’s the reality.
Norwegians are far away from being humble..... They think they do things loooong better than the rest of the world.. Try to live with them and how they behave... The are really closed minds in EVERYTHING
@@andrewb8235 I felt like it was making Americans seem like something you would visit at the zoo. But I thought it was HILARIOUS! (I'm American of course)

I'm Brazilian, married to Norwegian for 7 years now and very happy! It is definitely really interesting to learn about each other's cultures. Some of our early on misunderstandings were actually just our cultural expectations. Communication is key!
If the sweetest and most loving woman is Norwegian then must be Norwegian. I found latino heat is exagerated and many latina women surprisingly cold and many white americans and european and asian women very sweet and empathic.
As a Mexican soon-to-be-married to a Norwegian, i do think norwegians are calm and reserved but i love that! Culture differences can be difficult sometimes but that's the fun of it!
@@rvharikrishna i get you, yes our values are very similar since we met. we have certain differences but the more time spent together and the more we work through them, the easier it becomes to find a common ground!

It always comes down to personality and yes the editing was class. Yes, some of my Norwegian bros do need the alcohol to open up. That’s Oslo, in smaller towns the story would be different--apart from some loners who tend to go to South Asian countries to look for wives. By the way, my husband is Norwegian :)) and I am not Norwegian
Hey Marina! Really like this format where u interview random people. Plus they better represent the local views on certain topics since they are (usually) born and raised there. I do have a couple question suggestions that i'd like to u to ask in this vlog series. What are their opinions on cheating/promiscuity, what is their ideal type of ''dating'' like married+children/cohabitation/single4life and what do they think about feminism and the whole woke culture?
Like your style. hadn't notice any hiccups with bateries running out. Nice presentation. I am from Malaysia. Perhaps I should find out for myself how Norwegian respond to Asian men. Being rejected is something I am prepared for so let's see how things pan out when I am there. BTW love your vlog on Portugal. My ancestors from many centuries are Portuguese. I am a descendent of many many generations. So that wouldn't count. Cheers!
Well, I have to admit that as a Polish woman, I do think the men from Scandinavian countries are the most handsome 😅🫣😊 i do hope to move to Norway one day and find a good guy to settle with 🤫😇, so I'm happy to hear that people (at least in Oslo) are generally open to the idea of dating a foreigner 🤭😁
A Norwegian Viking man can impress women by demonstrating how he takes his longship up a canal to deliver seeds which can be planted in fertile places.
Why interview "Norwegians" in Oslo ? All Norway know that Oslo is the cesspool of Norway. Go do that in a real Norway city like Trondheim, Stavanger or Bergen or even Tromsø and Hammerfest. You will get very different answers. The our Northerners maybe speak funny, but they are cool and real people, NOT like Oslo. Regards from Stavanger.
Hello I just watched yalls video and I’m from Dallas Texas. The cute girl at 1:37 min mark can y’all ask who she is plz? I would like to take her out for a date 😊 thank y’all have a good day/night
I was hoping for a real analysis, and also separated by gender. It seems to me that Norwegian women are happier to date across borders than Norwegian men. Something that is genetically known about at heart.
This is just wanting to give off the right answers to the camera. Despite all the continuous propaganda the vast majority of Norwegians choose Norwegian partners. Not counting other scandinavian nationalities you couldn't visually tell apart, the most mixed couples you will see here is older men and Thai/Filipino women.
I would love to see more on the Ireland (Republic). Dublin, vs Cork vs Galway East vs West City vs Country Foreigners vs Irish With the divorce rate as low as it is and the way they are so family orientated I would love to hear things from that angle. It could even be a new series. Life after dating beyond border (LDBB definetly will need a different name 😂) Anywayz with so many of us in or hoping to head in that direction that seems like that would be a cool idea.
Yeah, IRISHMEN: the dream of all traditional, conservative women; moral values, joyful, Catholic, family oriented and not afraid of commitment. Lovely people.
Loved it. Can't believe they are not joking (I thought about it in the Face and Instagram vids). It bring tears to my eyes· What I knew is that some Norwegian women were having this trend to date and marry African people (pity I don't remember the name of the doc - about 5 africans in a bar how did they make it there). But if the girls there enjoy dating foreigners, maybe I will try it there.
the girl at 1:38 is another proof that no matter how emancipated a country is in regards to women's right ( being self reliant, self sufficient, independent and generally not approving of romanti /generous acts like a guy paying for them because that would go against their cultural norms) there will still be this need or maybe want to want to be spoiled by a guy. there is absolutely nothing wrong with that, i still appreciate when a guy is a gentleman and goes out his way to impress but surely that must be reciprocated with respect and lady like attitude
And the girl is picking up his socks from the floor, cleaning his soiled underwear, ironing his shirt, doing the groceries, making breakfast/lunch/dinner, washing-up the dishes, vacuuming the house, dusting the furniture, mopping the floor, washing the windows, watering the plants, changing the bed sheets, taking out the trash, putting everything back to its place, cleaning the oven, the washing machine, the fridge, the toilet, feeding the pets, walking the dog, changing the litter box, etc. Right? Because that's HER gesture towards HIM, and that's the tradition anyway.
A guy paid for our date once... It made me super uncomfortable... I payed him back after. 🤣 Just saying, one woman saying one thing doesn't mean that there is a general need for men to take a more traditional approach to dating. It only means that some women would appreciate it. I think that the most important thing is to find the person that is more compatible to your style of dating.
😂I feel like other cultures might be disappointed and think I'm boring if they met me. I'm American but not energetic, talkative, or anything unless I've had a few drinks, but maybe that's just how I feel about myself🤷♀️
Do they consider anyone outside Norway as a foreigner? Or it has to be outside of Scandinavia? I would imagine Swedes and Finns, for example, aren't quite as foreign as some bloke from Alabama lol
@@peterparker-gc8xl Not typically. If so they would usually be specific by saying which country. For examples they would say "the Danish talk like they swallowed a potato".
