Paratroopers can be op with the new dlc, because in the special forces doctrine there is one level where you half the org of divisions in a state of you paradrop there. Even 1 battalion will do.
the main reason why I don't like naval invasion is the fact that it hasn't got a hotkey and thus takes forever to setup, i need this mod
2:00 the flooting harbor is great if your naval invading somewhere where there is no port to capture.
like half of Russia plus the AI and player don't really guard coasts whit no ports. meaning you can just land capture enouth ground then build your own port (all before the flooting harbor disapers).
Yes * 100 - the whole land lease is such a chore that I usually skip it (and is frustrated to no end of all the options when I create an air wing and have 57 different obsolete fighter types)

i dont know- i prefer to keep it simple and manually press everything rather then complicate the game further, perhaps i just have to get used to hotkeys

When you said to bind 1-9 to the buttons at the top of the gui, I’d just like to remind you that 1-9 are already binded. CTRL + [number], while having divisions selected, sets [number] to automatically select those divisions. Although, yes, there should be a hotkey manager or something.
Starcraft 2 is a heaven for these things. Everything is customizable.

Maybe you don't use them because they are so clunky. It could be possible that with ease of use you would actually consider using them.
Yes, the lend lease and even in the new internation weapons market thing somekind of an hotkey to select the stockpile would the so much more nice
A lock check box feature in equipment would be great as well. You click so much while trying to send equipment just being able to say send all unlocked equipment would be awesome. That and just being able to send a class of equipment rather than clicking through 30 nations worth of the same equipment.

To this day, I still don't know how to support attack because it's not a button I can press and I don't know the hotkey bind for it. Please PDX, let us bind our own hotkeys. If it conflicts with something else, just make a popup that tells us the conflict and allows us to make the decision to cancel one or the other, NEVER EVER ALLOW 2 SEPARATE ACTIONS TO BE BOUND TO THE SAME HOTKEY WTF WERE YOU THINKING

Edit: I also *immediately* noticed that wasd doesn't scroll the map and that there was no way for me to toggle that feature on. I really would just like the ability to have a keybind manager as you said. That would be ideal.

The ability to rebind keys has to be part of the game engine, whether that's included with original coding or added with a script extender mod. To my knowledge no one has made a script extender mod, and that leads me to believe that HoI4 just can't support anything like that.
I do agree that it is quite annoying, but i also think that they will not do anything about it. It wont really bring in any hype so there is not much insensitive to use manpower on it
But it seems like such an easy fix, just give players the ability to adjust keybinds, they already exist. PDX doesn't have to use any manpower to *make* any keybinds, just let us make them. It doesn't make sense that I'd have to install mods to use keybinds because then I could either play the game more enjoyably or get achievements. It simply doesn't make sense
when doing naval invasion plans without the mod, you can just press enter after setting an order, then click the button again to start another order. no need to go out of the menu.
