**READ ME**
Hello everyone! I have been working with Alex Hall (another amazing Melee TASer) on this new video series. We will be uploading one TAS a day, alternating between his channel and mine. Your TAS is really beautiful to watch. Unlike most other TAS the movement looks a lot more human, you incorporate both DI reads and reactions having the character actually wait unlike most TAS that just moves them instantly to the right position. It looks like beyond peak human play rather than just machines doing optimal stuff.

Yeah I really liked how the fox did a preemptive upair to cover tech in place on the right plat and then reacted to cover roll. you don't see a lot of TASers put in stuff like that

@@normalrachael Exactly yeah. A machine could just react frame 1 but that doesn't look realistic that you could read every tech option and DI.
Doing stuff like the preemptive up air for option coverage and going to reactions, waiting for the DI and ledge hogging, all those little human moments to cover more options and take safe bets because we can't actually react to everything.
All of that made it look way more human than the wide majority of TAS stuff.

I legit dreamed of a tourney like this a few years ago, and I wondered why no one made one😂. I realized that perfect tas vs perfect tas would just be a tie, but then also realized characters have diff tools and a perfect tas could actually beat a perfect tas
