Hi Kage! Another great video! You are getting a great reputation with the other villages. "The who man doth pet the kitties." "Do not upset him!" ☺TY so much and God bless you and the family.
TIP: in the building list, edit the names of the buildings you go to most frequently (e.g., research, crafting, etc.) and add a 1 before their name. This will sort them to the top of your building list. Reduces scrolling a lot when you have a long list of buildings!!
Hi Kage, i love this series, and I'm glad that you are back into Bellwright! But im not sure if I missed it, but make sure to command your people onto the staging ground (pressing E on it when commanding), before you are going into battle. You didn't in the last episode when you got raided, and I wondered if you didn't know it worked that way 😊 Cheers!
IF you have only 1 person doing deliveries you will lose a lot of your yield. ALL my harvesters and farmers also deliver, the same with cooking. IF you do not have a deliverer then items will not make it to storage. Cooking is the huge example of this- if you cook the food but not have them set to deliver the food/ meat will burn. For farming harvesters harvest, it is the same as foraging. However you still need to have deliver set if they are a farmer then you will want deliver set to the next highest level (farmer set to 1, deliver set to 2). you can also craft straps at the blacksmith hut, if I recall it is 1 hide 1 copper ( may be wrong with the hide it may be leather). I am up to 77 so I am good.
Hi Kage848 been watching this series and you got me into the game and thanks 🙏 for that! Uncaged comment: I think the farmer needs to have delivery on as well! Maybe that’s too obvious lol I’ve been playing the game for about 7-8 days now with 30 hours 😅 This game is really good! Keep up the great content my man 🙌🙌
I would start soloing lvl 1 camps. Once you start clearing more they will start retaking the areas and are great for keeping your straps stocked up too. Save your army marches for lvl 2 and above. at the low lvls i would let everyone work on everything they can as well. let them get there skills up so you have more option and can produce more, even if they only max at 4 and such. there will be a time you want your high lvl skills to work on high lvl stuff and will need the other to do the low level items. if they are leveled up you wont take such a production hit.
You won't have to shoot birds man , the hunters at the hunter's lodge can hunt birds very efficiently and will probably be your main source of mid to late game feathers .( just try putting them on like priority 2 or 3 )
Hey Kage, 2 questions? Do you have sage at your tin outpost? And have you considered clearing out bandit camps in winter to get straps. Typically the bandits have a lot of food on them for your army
Is the sage not being picked because it is picking up the sage storage limit from the foragers hut instead of the farm one? I'm not sure of the 300 sage on the farm will override the forager hut saying to limit it to something lower like 75 or something.
I am just putting theory out, so take it with a grain of salt. Maybe the reason sage wasn't picked up is because farmers prioritize planting over harvesting crops. (Just a guess).
My comments are organized today: VILLAGE IMPROVEMENTS: I thought you get the shrine for free but apparently you need to research that too. Those make getting protector quick. The villages now provide the resources to make the buildings (at least liberated villages) so it may be even easier now. I kinda feel like you should be protector at least with Haerndean and Padstow by now. That's when you can start getting permanent villagers. I think you can start building at friend level. WILLIE NELSON: You just need to learn the lyrics and leave out the, "dern dern dern dern dern dern dernt," part. LIBERATION:: I think you need to be at least protector with the village to liberate. You build the belltower (you place it, the village builds it) and when you activate it, all the brigands in that town turn aggro (I kill them first to keep it simple). When the village brigands are dead, they will send tax-collector parties to refill the town and when you activate the belltower, they send an initial party to retake the village (this will be the biggest group they send for you and gets bigger and better-equipped the more villages you currently have liberated). Every couple of days, they will send another reclamation party that's theoretically soloable with stupid archer tricks. They're about as tough as the wheat field brigands. Once you liberated it, you can trade with the village through the villager menu. You can't make money but you can trade your goods for theirs. Each village also has only a few types of apprentices so before liberating you should choose a town based on which apprentice you want first and what trades will help your research. That one adventurer shirt or w/e is a really good trade but otherwise you don't really have enough surplus to worry about trades atm. If I were you, I'd do a lot more of what I can do without apprentices and power level my trust level in every village you have access to. Once protector, I'd look at recruiting/replacing villagers. So no real hurry to liberate but I'd be protector in every village yesterday.
Great post, summed it up pretty well, Kage note this well ! Only thing I can add is now you don't have to bring all the materials to build the Belltower (or any other liberated village improvement after that ) it gets delivered overnight and the villagers get to work building it the next day.
Designate only one person to do cokcking and nothing else othervise they will burn shit ton off food. It takes them time to go somewere else, do something and come back. Other people do max 2 to 3 tasks othervise it will take a long time to do anything. Farmers do everything on farm by themselves
You know what DOESNT burn meat? Stews!!! 🙂 I am not sure why you are still smoking anything other than for a quest... Makes no sense no matter your line of thinking. Get some Garlic and start farming it. Farming one thing at a time is silly. You will do just fine with two crops per farm, but by day 62 you should have fields of Radish, Garlic, Potato, and so much sage and flax and wheat that you are having storage issues for it all. The guy, Arnold, in Blackridgepool, that you passed on. Get him. His base stats are meh, but when you start building a fighting force, he is great. Fighting force allows you to leave the rest tending to the fields while they go out an conquer. Agreed with start solo-ing Tier one camps. Gives good renown and raises your skill levels at the same time, as well as free straps... Speaking of straps, build the toolshed so you can make them, and other weapons that you are researching... And yes, you have to reach protector in order to get the liberate quest. build the 10 'Village Shrines' in Haerndean until you get to 1200 then get the quest, build the belltower and then free the city. Belltower materials auto-deliver at midnight, so you dont need to lug them back and forth. And the townspeople will build it, or you can yourself if you are impatient.
Want better farmers? Ez gotta just finish quests and turn in tokens and become protectors. It’s actually slightly easier then u think if u have some fighters and decent weapons cuz the farmers stats are so worth it

For the spoiled and burnt food, get a composter going to make fertilizer out of it for the farms to make Kodos work even harder.

Takes 1 bronze and 1 wood and is made at the toolmaker

You will need to be protector to build the bell tower. Research the nook and then village deco. You r doing great. the Village looks nice.
Hey, that's what Donkey sang when he went with Shrek 😂😂😂

Real houses. Yey! 🎉

@@Franko-vf3mr Thanks! I guess it's still possible to spam if you finish it yourself.
you need research and build the tool maker so you can start making straps in the long run it will be easier
Will you use swords in this play through?
I have to say, I your newly name guy ..... I think his name is Andy Fry is doin good.... lol
Micromanagement seems not to be the way to not go
the guy was telling u... STOP WASTING FOOD u dont need food unless u want the buffs for combat
Hah you're mad about burnt meat and I am wishing I had a bunch of burnt meat for fertilizer!

Slow down when you read the quest. Not everyone plays the game but we still like a story line.

Hate to say it but you may need to drug test your cooks.
