Fantastic covers Annette!
Thanks so much Jacqui. And thanks for watching!
Wonderful ideas as usual. Thxs.
Thanks so much Betsy, and thanks for watching.
Love them all! Thanks for sharing your "experiments"!
Thanks Robin! Thanks for experimenting along with me. You just never know how things will turn out. LOL!
Me too. I'm a member of Graphics Fairy and Love them. Also use a lot of My Porch Prints. 🙂
They both have such great digitals, don't they? Thanks for watching, Jane.
I love how your journal covers turned out. Each so different but all wonderful. Thanks so much for sharing how you decorated your journals.
Thank YOU Randy. I'm glad you enjoyed the variety of techniques. Thanks for watching!
I just love your work. I learned a lot new things. Thank you so much for continuing to inspire me. If I could pick a UA-camr to be my mentor it would be you.
Aww, Shirley, that's very very sweet! Thank you. My goal is always to provide education and ideas and inspiration, so it's wonderful to hear your reassuring words. You keep me going! Thank you again.
Love your inspirations!!!
Thank you Marie!
Love your covers I like the fabric covers best tfs
Thanks Cathy. The fabric adds a nice texture, I agree.
Me too and when you apply batting to the back of fabric, it looks so COOL!
Beautiful work on all the planner covers - it would be difficult to choose which I loved the best - thank you Annette for sharing your wonderful talent - I LOVE watching your tutorials!!!!
Thanks so much Cheryl. They were fun to make and experiment on. As always, thanks for watching and for your kind words.
Great ideas 🇬🇧
I'm so happy you think so, Susan. Thanks so much for watching.
Gorgeous, I love your 2021 front. I really should try it. Thank you. x
Thanks Tracey! I hope you DO try it. I'd love to see what you come up with for yours.
I was soooo happy you responded to my question by doing a more detailed tutorial regarding decorating planner covers, Annette! You taught me a ton that was really helpful to me as I've wanted to decorate my planner covers for some time. Oh, and my God, ALL your planners are so flippin gorgeous! I wish I had that vision to detail that you have but I'm hoping with practice I get better at it. I've already improved my layouts by increasing my 'layering & tucking' of ephemera so now I need to work on balance. I can't thank you enough for this tutorial, Annette!
Nancy, I want to thank YOU for the suggestion. It turns out, it seems, that a lot of people also wanted to know how to go about this. I am always open to suggestions! I'm so glad you found it helpful and yes, it does take a little time and practice to get comfortable with balance. If you ever saw my early work, you'd see how far I've come. It's also helpful to just browse Pinterest and when something catches your eye, think to yourself "what do I like about this?" and you'll discover it might be the composition, or the mix of color. Either way, it's helpful, and it's what I do as well.
All these albums covers are so pretty, Annette. I always struggle to put the cover together. That's probably why it takes me so long to get one finished. Thank you and take care.
Thanks so much Carole. It can be a struggle, but I hope you give it a try.
Thank you so much for these great ideas!!
Thank YOU Marianne for watching. I'm happy you enjoyed them.
Hi Annette! I love all your videos. I am so happy that you found a stamp to fill that space! It would have bothered me too! Hi I have gone out and bought the planner dies and even some rice paper. Do you know if Elizabeth Crafts will be restocking the planner dies? Some like Planner Essentials 2 is mighty hard to find! Thanks and thank you for sharing your talent with us all.
Thank you so much! I imagine ECD will keep that die in their rotation since it’s a basic staple of a page with that tab position. If I find out otherwise, I will let you know.
@@AnnetteGreen Thank you for your quick reply! It’s much appreciated!
Lovely tutorial Annette but how did you decorate the Espresso page planner using the large yellow and orange, I think, butterflies? We’re they tissue paper or what? Thank you❤
Graphic 45 patterned paper from their Nature Notebook collection. I used the same Matte Medium to adhere it down and also over the top to seal it.😊
@@AnnetteGreen thank you!
This is so nice to see. I wonder if one needs to seal the stamp 2022 to make sure it won't rub off eventually and whether edging the fabric with ink could mean it, too, smudges items next to it? Thank you very much for always inspiring videos and ideas.
Yes, Birgit, I would definitely seal the 2022 and so far my experience has been if you wait until the ink has really set and dried, and wait even longer, like overnight, then sealing doesn't seem to smear it at all. In retrospect, I think it would have been best to ink the edge of the fabric with an archival ink rather than a waterbased one, but I think it'll be okay. Thanks so much for watching and I'm happy to hear you're enjoying my videos.
Hi Annette, I always LOVE your videos! Can you tell me how often ECD puts out new planner covers? I love some of the old colors but they are no longer available. Just wondering if they release new colors/designs annually or...??? I am obsessed w the planner dies...thanks to your awesome videos... and have been collecting them like crazy. Lol!Paula
Hi Paula and thank you! As for the covers, it seems as though new ones come out every year, but I don't know exactly when during the year that usually is. I know of a new one coming this Summer though, so maybe we'll be seeing some previews in the next few months. Thanks for sharing the love for the planner dies. They have changed my life!
Hey Paula....don't rely on ECD's website if you've checked there and they are already gone. Look at your online stores as well because I often find other older products still available in their stores. Good luck and Happy Planning
@@NancyLynn Thank you Nancy.
@@NancyLynn yes! I searched everywhere...Amazon, ebay, Google searched stores. Nothing.
❤️
Did you notice I put the straps right this time? LOL.
When you print your papers you are using are they on paper or cardstock and inkjet or laser print
I print digitals out on matte photo paper for the best image quality. I have an inkjet printer.
These are all so adorable, Annette! Will we be creating one of these at the retreat in May?
Thanks Kristine! We shall see. Waiting for product to arrive so I can make a final plan.
Sadly here in Germany donating is almost impossible, at least where I am and selling is just an absolute pain in the behind. So I'm sitting on my destash boxes like a hog.
Well that's a real bummer. Perhaps a local school or nursing home which may have craft activities?
