- In today's video, we head over to The Villages, Florida to try a restaurant that we looked up. It is called The Brooklyn Water Bagel Co in Lady Lake, FL. We didn’t know what to expect as we are not super familiar with Brooklyn style food. They offer breakfast and lunch. We tried the omelette, Reuben, bagels, and attempted to make our first Egg Cream, which was completely wrong! We loved everything! The staff was very friendly and we learned a lot. So chocolate milk then seltzer poured over a spoon to make it not break up bubbles. And then mix. The place is great. It’s the water they get it delivered. All about the water!! Hope u loved it

We drive up from the south side of the villages to get bagels from this place. Probably the best we have had in the area.

Tember had it right. Everyone in the NYC area pronounces it Carn eh gie. In case you ever go there, Houston St. is pronounced Howston!

We so love bagels!! So we will be going over to Lady Lake to try it out!! Jim loves a good Reuben. Egg creams I don’t care for because I don’t like seltzer water.
It was a great Reuben so worth trying and the bagels were great! Would probably go earlier in the morning so they don’t run out of bagels. Definitely give it a try!

I’m from NY and I go there to get my bagels when I’m down there for the winter si eche i have a place in Lady Lake.. Great place. Reminds me of home. The egg cream is a staple of New York but I never tried it at this place. Next time I will but I would prefer if they made it.

We eat there all the time..Our favorite is bacon egg and cheese on a sesame bagel toasted...Egg creams are the best..Read the sign first before you make one..There Seltzer is best...They close at 3;00..

I'm originally from Queens NY but it's not just Brooklyn that has egg creams and good bagels. All 5 boroughs and even Long Island have great bagel shops. My perfect egg cream is about 50/50 milk and seltzer and about 2 pumps of chocolate syrup. You really gotta stir it up and form a head like a beer. Anyway... Great Video guys. Thanks.

You got the egg cream blend all wrong. Looking at my Junior’s from Brooklyn egg cream glass, you put about 1” of chocolate syrup in bottom of glass, about ¾” of milk, and then fill with seltzer. That’s the authentic recipe. At least they had the correct Fox’s U Bet syrup!

My wife and I went for b’fast there Saturday! She had the bacon, egg, and cheese on a sesame bagel, and I had the pastrami, egg, and cheese on sesame. Both were great, as were their Brooklyn style, and Winter Wonderland coffees. Didn’t see any omelets on the menu though. Thanks for the 💥review!

Hello! We aren’t completely sure. Didn’t think we saw any on that side of the road but we know there’s always golf carts at Target but it’s across the main road. Thinking that maybe you would have to cross a main road but could be wrong!
