- Exploring Lady Lake Harbor Hills Neighborhood Near The Villages driving from Lake Sumter Landing Town Square on State Road 466 and exploring the Harbor Hills neighborhood. The Villages (retirement community) is split between 3 surrounding counties: Lake County which is where Lady Lake is located, Sumter County (where Lake Sumter Landing is located) and also Marion County. Lady Lake, The Villages is a beautiful area and we are thankful that is where we lived for about 3.5 years before becoming official Villagers!

Harbor Hills is not on the Villages or part of the Villages. It is a gated community in Lady Lake.

Hi Helena, this particular neighborhood is called Harbor Hills and is actually just right outside The Villages. Hubby and I owned our first home here before downsizing and moving just a few short minutes to right in the middle of The Villages! (In Spanish Springs) But The Villages also has huge designer homes with spacious yards as well :)

I dont want to be too nosy or impose but I was wondering if someday might consider doing a video about the equipment you use? I thought one of those houses looked like your old house. We’ll be moving to The Villages soon, in the southern part. My wife was born in The Philippines. Here in Connecticut we have a Filipino store/restaurant 15 minutes away. Are there any near The Villages, or do you have to go to Orlando?

@@johnshapland3464 Hey John! You're pretty observant! Did you guys move to The Villages yet? That's awesome that you will be in the new area! Would love to connect with your wife! The closest Filipino store to The Villages is in Ocala which is about an hour away north. Orlando has better options!
