Visiting the Free Anna Maria City Pier in Anna Maria, FL | Full Tour | Anna Maria Island

In today's video, we were looking for things to do in Anna Maria, Florida so we decided to walk down the free Anna Maria City Pier and check out the ocean life as well as their research center and restaurant. The city pier is nice and you can see fish, birds, and if you are lucky, other sea creatures. The Mote building is really cool as you can pet a horseshoe crab and learn a lot about sea life. The restaurant has some really great options, even though we weren’t hungry for anything, we still checked out the menu. They do have nice restrooms on the pier as well. Across the street from the pier they have a really good restaurant called Waterfront Restaurant that we did a review at as well as an ice cream shop, and other shops. The pier is pretty long but it is an easy flat walk and when you get to the end of the pier, you can see the different areas of Florida where there are condos and beaches. It’s pretty cool! We also enjoyed the pelicans and birds that kept dive bombing in the water. It was hilarious!
