I bought one and i dont like how loose they sit in it, if you happen to bump it they fall right off, feel like they should click in a little more firmly.
Yeah, they don't really lock in which can be annoying.
Do you have your stand on an TV unit or a desk? Mines on a TV unit out of the way so doesn't cause any issues; but I get how it could be easy to knock off.
@@XhiaGaming i originally had the station on the table beside my couch, they would fall off at the slightest bump, so i ended up moving the dock to the tv stand, recently picked up a knock off version that has a small peg that goes into the headset jack and holds and locates them way firmer, also have a version that The USB type c connector stays on the controller and has a quick magnetic attachment with a usb charging cable setup with the same type of magnetic attachment this method leaves them still using the cable, its just easier to hook up to and connect that came with an aftermarket charging kit anx woeks pretty well you dont even gave to remove the little usbc dongle and its a snap to gook up
Mine sits on a table by my couch eventually had to move it over beside the tv so i would be less likely to get bumped, recently changed to a different typer of charger where you puy a small magnetic dongle into the usbc port on your controller, then when you charge the controller the magnets srick right together and it charges great, makes tge controllrs feel much more secure, this xharfinv system is part of a ps5 verticle wall mounting system which runs sliggtly cheaper tgan the sony chargingl dock but also gives me the option to vertically mount my ps5 on the wall which does helf me get eid of a lot of clutter on the desk. 😁
@@Greg1096 Oh that's cool! Yeah, you've got to pick the one that works best for you and your set up - I like the sound of the magnets part that would make it feel much more secure and make sure its on properly to charge.

My question is will it work with the back paddles or the little back dome buttons on the back without removing them and with a silicone cover?
Yep, this one is specifically designed to work with the DualSense Edge and it's paddles/ domes. Mine charges perfectly! I can't speak to the silicone covers though as it would change the size of the controller slightly.
