Wife bought this off Amazon. Came partly broken, but usable. I don't think it has enough resistance for a fit adult man, but maybe useful for women, children, elderly, injured, etc...

I agree I got the 16 level resistance and started at 16 I'm a women who just started doing weight training two weeks ago and I felt that this was great for elderly and children but I would surpass it quickly.

Nice review. I'm far from being an expert but first impressions... seems cramped and your knees look too high. Perhaps the foot rests are in the wrong position (design flaw), or perhaps this machine is designed for short people? I'm considering a rowing machine because of long term injury issues in a foot, so no more running for me.

I’m 6 feet tall. Beginner. About 105 cm from waist to feet. Just wondering if I’d feel any jerks if I fully stretch my legs on this machine….???
