Where did you get that mount
It’s bizarre that the “bring your own rower” app subscription is much cheaper than the integrated apps are. The options look like buy a more expensive rower, and then be locked in to their higher priced subscription, or buy a cheaper rower and have flexibility to use the (less expensive) service you want.
I think the companies that offer equipment locked to their services should subsidize their equipment much like cellphone providers or video game console makers do.

can it control the resistance of the rower interactively? like in the indoor bike apps?
The video mentions ‘ghosts’ to race against. Is it possible to race against your own ‘ghost’ of a previous row/best time?
Yup, for most workouts you can race or go against the ghost of your previous best attempts
Does it require Bluetooth compatibility from the rower? I’d imagine it does. Unfortunately my gym’s C2 monitor is a PM3.
Yup it connects via bluetooth
You can upgrade to the pm5
You can use a cable to connect to your phone
The PM3 (in fact, PM3, 4 and 5) is supported via USB cable, but only using the Windows version of EXR.
