You are just amazing! I was going crazy this morning trying to find my Midnight blue jewelry set. I have all of my sets in plastic bags in a drawer and I'm always pushing bags around and I become so frustrated! Low and behold I come home to watch your video and you show me how to clean, pack and store my jewelry! Thank you for always sharing and helping me find a better way! By the way, you can plug away because I wait to see what creations you come up with next. Also, that ring is fierce! I can't wait to make it!
That is just beautiful when you put that 3 stone bracelet on the black backing!! just gorgeous!! Love to bead but haven't done much lately - busy healing my knees. Have had 2 replacements since Oct 30th. Just watching you makes me want to get my beads out or maybe just sort something!!
Stephanie, I love your enthusiasm it shows how much you love what you do. I want to make everything and I tell you I can’t keep up. I am so excited to see what you have coming up for the holiday season. You are the best, thank you so much for sharing all you lovely design but thank you more for teaching I have learned so much. Sincerely, Doreen
This is very good advice! Thanks! Whenever I've worked hard on a piece, I want it to stay beautiful, so I also put printed care instructions in the package.
I also use Dawn in warm water and then lay things on an open wire shelf and hang earrings from it to dry. The Dawn makes everything sparkle! You might like it too.
Thank you so much. I needed this one. I started learning to wrap a few years ago but my pieces were tarnishing and I was embarrassed to show them . I recently started again , and now I can keep them looking beautiful. Thanks for all the great things you teach us.
You must be reading my mind ..LOL ... all week this has been on my mind. Im new to jewelry making although I make paper jewelry but I embellish with silver and gold and became concerned with it tarishing. Thank you so much for sharing. I need to get some of those tarnish squares.
Hi, I like your chanel. This video is very useful. Thank you. Your works are absolutely amazing . I have learned a lot of stitches from your master classes and I have made several bracelets per your instructions.
Hi Stephanie... As u was cleaning ur jewelry I could get my eyes off ur ring ....love love them... It's beautiful can't wait for that video... All ur jewelry gorgeous.... Thank you so much 💕
Thank you so much for this Stephanie, to be hones it’s something i never really thought about, looking forward to some “major bling designs” for the holidays😍🙏🏾💕
Right now, all my jewelry are stuffed in oversized bags according to color. Not very organized and sometimes not so good for keeping the shape of the piece. I really like how you organized everything so nicely and neatly ! I definitely need to purchase some earring cardboard and more baggies. Thank you Stephanie for the great idea !
This is fabulous. Really enjoy this type of info. So helpful. Thankyou. Wish it was as easy to get the products. I live in Australia and products are not so available here. Do most of my shopping online. If it weren't for this type of info I would never be able to learn stuff like this so thankyou again. From Louise
Oh my gosh! Can’t wait for that ring and bracelet video!!! Delicious ❣️ And thank you for this informative cleaning/storing video. I’ve been wondering if there was a recommended way to care for the beauties!
Ha! @1:14, I just wanted to say: I wash out all of my little plastic snack size zip-loc bags and keep them. I get teased, I get asked questions, I get told I'm a hoarder, lol & Now!, I've found a purpose for them! Ta-Da! No, I won't use those washed out bags for my gift giving jewelry, but I'll definitely use them for my own! It is so nice to see how particular you are! I wish more people cared as much as this! Aaah - I have a tip for you! A "Straw" - yes, a straw, when getting all the air out of your bags, stick the end of a straw just a little way into the bag & zip it up to that straw. then, suck! Ahahahaha -😁 but suck all the air out as you slowly pull out the straw that you are holding between your teeth. You'll need to hold the bag around the opening of the straw with your thumbs and forefingers to make an air tight seal, well as tight as you can get it without squeezing the straw flat. As you are getting close to reaching the end of the straw, you'll slowly start pushing that zipper lock to the end of the bag & voila! Airtight! And some might being thinking germs - mark the end of the straw that you will continually use for this purpose & this purpose only with a marker! You are sucking air out! Not blowing air (& germs) in.
@@BronzeponyBeadedJewelry Well I'm glad I could help you! I figure the less you push and squish the jewelry, the better! I use that trick for everything! Especially items I am about to freeze!
Seeing your work all together - WOW - it's just so beautiful. My mojo was on the wane, but I feel it building up again! You have a fair few bracelets - if you are making them - what size do you make them? I have fat wrists so it's hard to judge what an average wrist size is. Plug away with the ring, it's beautiful.
Glad your mojo is coming back Anne! I've missed your comments 🌻 I always size my bracelet as I'm making it. Wrap is around the wrist and adjust as needed. If it is a gift then I find the recipients size and make the finished piece their bracelet size or make it adjustable,
Very useful, Steph. Thanks for posting. Tarnish cloths are also at craft stores? I never thought of using the cards for bracelets. My next organizing project!
I kept me jewelry in boxes or in plastic bags w/o a tarnish paper and they kept their colors, only few started tarnishing bc of galvanized beads. That's why your video was so helpful, as always I love what you create and share with us 👏🏻
That is a very neat way of storing your jewelry! I really was getting fed up with the tarnishing of my miyuki and toho beads.. Even the duracoat/permanent finish either tarnish or even lose their coating! Very, very ugly... Lately I try to give my work a coating of clear nailpolish... I won't buy any beads (miyuki/toho) with inside metal or color coating anymore.. They are awfull, when you have to pass your thread more than once, the fillet, especially the gold/silver, flies around my hands. And I am not rough when beading.. I wonder if you have the same problems, or anyone else here?
I think its very informative. I've been doing it that way for a while. Thank you for sharing with us. I have a question about the bezzeling of the full moon bracelet. can you do a video on how to figure how many beads it takes to go around say a pillow bead or rivoli. Everytime I think I have it right It's too small, too tight.
I really don't have a favorite Jana. I choose according to the piece. Currently, I am enjoying using lever backs. Shop for them on Fusion beads, Beadaholique, Etsy, or any other bead website. I like Ety as you can find unusual ear wires and precious metals. A bit more expensive but worth it for some pieces. Hope this helps.
Thank you so much for this video! It was very helpful. BTW..For some reason I'm not getting notifications of your videos when they are uploaded 😕. This has happened with other videos but it just started happening with your videos and I'm really not sure why. I think it's a UA-cam issue but I wanted to let you know that its happening. Thank you for sharing. 😊🌹

Very useful info. Thank you!

Thank you Stephanie! You just gave me more to do. Haha Very good ideas.
Thank once more. Have you done a video on how to best display bracelets, necklaces, earrings and sets of jewelry for a show?
Thanks Stephanie, very informative xo
Where can we find the black cards? They look so nice!
Love the bracelet with your matching ring! Have you made a instructional video on that? Beautiful ❤️
All pieces have tutorials. Are you referring to the Pearl ring and bracelet?
Thank you!! Never thought about this.

Thank Dian! The tarnish cloth is from Joann's or Michael's. The papers are from Amazon. XOXO
Thanks Stephanie - good advices for our precious pieces of art and ❤️. Where did you get anti-tarnish papers?
Anti tarnish paper is from Amazon.
Thank you, I will order it today. You're very well organized and your jewelry pieces are remarkable!

Haha I don't know? Maybe, but it might be too much pressure on the piece and bend it out of shape!

Yes!

Thank you! The ring is using 18kt hammered gold hex cut delicas, metallic bronze 15/0 and a 12mm white coin pearl.
