Thank you so much for your videos. I am 63, a female, and in good health, not overweight, non smoker or drinker. I fell and broke my hip 3 months ago. I had surgery and the surgeon has place no restrictions on me. He did tell me that I have arthritis in both hips and prescribed 12 physical therapy sessions. I have just completed my physical therapy treatment with 12 visits. I am doing my exercises faithfully. I do have weak glutes even with the exercises, but my PT therapist is pleased with my progress and has encouraged me to just continue with the exercises on my own. I am walking with a cane right now to prevent me from limping until my muscles and mind get comfortable with putting full weight on my injured leg. (When you fall and break your hip, there is some fear of falling again. ) I am appreciating your videos very much and am considering getting your Hip Arthritis Recovery Program. Would it be appropriate for someone in my circumstances ? Thank you very much.

I am 77 yrs old and have just been diagnosed with hip arthritis. The steroid injection the doc gave me has not helped at all. I am watching your videos and doing the things you suggest and am slowly seeing improvement. Thank you!! What dose of Glucosamine do you recommend? I bought the brand you recommended. Thanks for being so generous with your expertise!

I have been doing these exercises post THR , r side. Now after my dx of labral tear and bone on bone from the left hip, your techniques have substantially reduced my pain. I’ve been practicing Hathaway yoga since a teenager, so I listen to my body to prevent over stretching and potential injury . Now I am re evaluating my entire program. Thank you very much for your information. 🦿💪🏼✌🏻

I have been watching all your videos on hip and lower back pain. Makes so much sense. Seems like gluteal muscles are very important to strengthen for any problem. Is that correct? Never thought of that. After all it helps one's core.

Thank you for your video regarding inner knee pain. I’ve been training Jujitsu for a few years and I get tibial shift and knee lock only in deep flexion of my left knee. I basically can not sit on my legs without my knee shifting out of place. Do you think those two exercises will help this issue over time or will I need more advanced exercises. Also it locks with deep squatting sometimes. I have to straighten out my knee quickly to pop it back into place when this occurs. It causes some soreness for a day or so, but only happens in deep flexion. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you !
The pain is located in the inner part of my left knee btw, where the Tibia shifts out. The videos I’ve viewed of yours were regarding the Tibial shift exercises. Thanks 🙏🏽
Im an emergency room physician from NYC, so it would be hard to travel for a in person consultation. Thanks again.

Hey there! Swimming is good but the exercise must be driven by the glutes and abdominals.

I don't think so, labrum is a fiberous coating and it sounds like you've done exactly what he just said not to do, pretty sure he would have you work your glutes and create space in the joint.
