Nice I just got one and want to learn better how to use it. My only complaints were my finish was flawed and the grill didn’t seem to fit as nicely as yours.
Thanks for the comment, sorry to hear about the finish and fit. I have never had to deal with their customer service but you may want to reach out in an email and let them know. Who knows, maybe they will send out a new one. Also if you got it from a place like REI, they have a great return policy or exchange policy if you need to take advantage of it. 👍 Really like our BioLite+ but we switched over to a propane firepit in the RV. Don’t have room in the RV for both.
Which one are you using? We have really been liking the Ignik FIRECAN and the FIRECAN PLUS.
