I've tried various workouts on youtube cause of the pandemic, and just came across the 12 week challenge. After four days I must say you are the best I've tried! Very effective, simple, no chit chat, and the variety of movements are perfect! Love loveee

I have always loved workout and this is just what I needed to get my motivation back. This was my fourth day in and Im already looking forward to tomorrow.. A million thanks....💕
I didn't think I was going to get a workout in. Had to work most of the day. Started this one and actually got it done by 1:30 am. Probably can't count it as todays workout. lol. One suggestion for future videos, even though I think these are well set up and fantastic and very appreciative that they are free to all. During your warm ups putting in just a couple seconds transition would be great. Sometimes you are on the floor and already half way through the exercise before I can get down to the floor or up from it. I love the amazing amount of exercises you have, low impact, weighted, no equipment, stretching and so forth. it has kept me going and I really needed the help.

I'm only on day 4 and I feel a lot stronger. I feel like the movements are becoming easier. I did a lot of modification with some of the movements. The secret is to keep pushing. Thank you so much Heather.
I swear you have provided us with excellent workout program that takes away the dreary short winter days and replaces them with happy hormones. Keep it up Heather.
Day 4 done ✅ each day is different and thats what I like! Was feeling tired today however I felt that I owe to myself to try and start Day 4. The feeling at the end of each session is priceless 🙌🏻

Love this channel and having a 12-week program to follow. Saves me from choosing a workout and reduces decision fatigue. Will all the workouts use no equipment? I miss the weights and have been adding them to some of the exercises. Thank you.
Glad you are enjoying the program so far! I start incorporating weights into week 2! You can absolutely continue to add weights to any of the bodyweight exercises - do what feels right for you!
