    I can't believe how quickly I have started noticing changes! I can feel it all throughout my body that it's getting stronger! I think this is best program I've ever done. I'm eating balanced macros alongside these workouts and I feel amazing!!! Thank you !!

    Day 4- before going to bed last night I told myself there was no way I was going to do day 4 in the morning before work but I’ve completed it and am feeling empowered. Thank you Heather!!!

    I've tried various workouts on youtube cause of the pandemic, and just came across the 12 week challenge. After four days I must say you are the best I've tried! Very effective, simple, no chit chat, and the variety of movements are perfect! Love loveee

    Totally hooked on this workout challenge. Perfect variation and your style is great - simple and effective. I can’t believe this is free! You’re very generous to invest the time to do this a most people on UA-cam would not offer this lengthy challenge for free. Your aim to improve one persons life and attitude is definitely happening!!     Thank you soo much for this program!!!!Pandemic depression got the best of me and was totally unmotivated to work out or even eat right despite knowing all the benefits. I have always loved workout and this is just what I needed to get my motivation back. This was my fourth day in and Im already looking forward to tomorrow.. A million thanks....💕

    I didn't think I was going to get a workout in. Had to work most of the day. Started this one and actually got it done by 1:30 am. Probably can't count it as todays workout. lol. One suggestion for future videos, even though I think these are well set up and fantastic and very appreciative that they are free to all. During your warm ups putting in just a couple seconds transition would be great. Sometimes you are on the floor and already half way through the exercise before I can get down to the floor or up from it. I love the amazing amount of exercises you have, low impact, weighted, no equipment, stretching and so forth. it has kept me going and I really needed the help.

    Day 4 done!! Struggled in the HIIT workout and modified some of the squat jumps but I’m proud of myself for doing it :)

    I'm only on day 4 and I feel a lot stronger. I feel like the movements are becoming easier. I did a lot of modification with some of the movements. The secret is to keep pushing. Thank you so much Heather.

    Day 4 done ✅ each day is different and thats what I like! Was feeling tired today however I felt that I owe to myself to try and start Day 4. The feeling at the end of each session is priceless 🙌🏻

    I watched it 1hr before doing it. I just need to make up my mind. Felt like leaving it ij the middle after 2 ckts of hiit, but pushed my self up till the end.

    Love this channel and having a 12-week program to follow. Saves me from choosing a workout and reduces decision fatigue. Will all the workouts use no equipment? I miss the weights and have been adding them to some of the exercises. Thank you.

      Glad you are enjoying the program so far! I start incorporating weights into week 2! You can absolutely continue to add weights to any of the bodyweight exercises - do what feels right for you!

    I find it hard to to follow something written down. This is such a good programme, and the sessions fit in perfect in the evenings after work! Like others have said for this to be free, its amazingly kind!

    ✅ 4 in the books. Oooowwwie! The cumulative owie that is! Almost took today off, but decided to just dial it back and stop pretending I’m not 58! I’d like to think that this is the wisdom that comes with age, but it’s a more practical, “you now have to work 8 hours silly, be real.” ❤️💪🏻🤪
