Sis thank you very much for this video. I always anticipate your video uploads. However, I was told to stop eating Afang soup for now since I am TTC. According to them the leave is too strong and might limit the chances of conceiving . Don't know how true this is but I have decided to stay away from it. I hope to incorporate these meals into my diet. Thank you very much
