a not too serious question, but I know that some men choose to limit cardio because they'd bulk up/get lots of muscle. Compared to previous videos, you look a lot more ...oomph? Like your pecs, your abs, they all carry way more thickness to them than before, which is incredibly distracting (in the best way. seriously, you could stop traffic). I was just wondering how much cardio you actually do, or if you had a place that you shared your regimen, protein powders, daily schedule you set for yourself, and if you actually still did the same things now as before. But definitely, how you felt about cardio. Whether you answer any of this or not, thank you for posting so many insightful and helpful videos. We all really appreciate the time you give us.

I train instinctively based on how I feel that day. I go into the gym knowing I will do chest , but not which exercises until I get started. I am all for ppl exploring (I top a few times b4 becoming a total bottom), but never force urself into doing things ur not into or comfortable with doing, bc ur having issues finding someone. u can only lie to urself for so long.

I get aggravated at the gay community's labels of "top" or "bottom" where top equates to being aggressive and masculine and bottom equating to being more submissive and fem, both of which are fine people to be so don't flame me for that statement. More than once at dinner parties after the drinks are flowing and the conversation turns to sex my friends have commented "oh, I assumed you were a top!". My response would be this....just because I'm a very masculine guy (ex-military, weight lifter, etc.) and primarily a top it doesn't mean that I can't appreciate the pleasures of bottoming and it doesn't make me "less of a man" when I do. The bottom line (no pun intended) for me is you like what you like and f#ck the labels!
Marc, the holidays and all the food you consumed did not add any fat to your frame that I can see. You look as good as ever. I assume you spent a lot of time in the gym working off those calories. I find it difficult to consume enough healthy calories in order to keep my gains. I recently went vegetarian, but in the last 7 weeks my weight has dropped from 178 to 171.( I am 6 ft 1') I am not looking to get bigger than I was, but I do not want to lose anymore weight. I have never taken protein powders in the past, but are they something I could benefit from? I am not asking for medical advice, I really just want to know if these powders work and if they have any harmful side effects. Maybe it is time to add turkey and chicken back into my diet. Any advice would be appreciated.
+Miles Cumminski I dont give any dietary advice because its not a strong point of mine. I occasionally supplement my protein intake with a shake made from liquid pasteurized egg whites (they are tasteless) , blended with a scoop of protein powder, milk, and greek yogurt with fruit.
