溫馨提示:
⭐食譜内的鷄蛋是大鷄蛋,每個大約60g。
⭐食譜内的5個大蛋黃和1個全蛋盡可能是室溫,會更容易打發。
⭐在烘烤之前必须预热烤箱达到设定温度。
⭐因為每个烤箱都有所不同,在食譜裏的烘烤温度和时间仅作参考。
Tips:
⭐The eggs in the recipe are large eggs, each about 60g.
⭐The 5 large egg yolks and 1 whole egg in the recipe need to room temperature, that's easier to whip.
⭐The oven must be preheated to reach the set temperature before baking.
⭐Because each oven is different, the baking temperature and time in the recipe are for reference only.

⭐Los huevos de la receta son huevos grandes, cada uno de unos 60g.
⭐Las 5 yemas de huevo grandes y 1 huevo entero en la receta deben estar a temperatura ambiente, eso es más fácil de batir.
⭐ El horno debe precalentarse para alcanzar la temperatura programada antes de hornear.
⭐ Debido a que cada horno es diferente, la temperatura y el tiempo de horneado en la receta son solo de referencia.

10g/2湯匙即溶咖啡粉
10g/2茶匙熱水
10g/2茶匙糖
5個大蛋黃
1個大全蛋
75g/0.5杯低筋麵粉
65g/65ml牛奶
65g/70ml玉米油
5個大蛋白
5g/1茶匙檸檬汁
75g/0.33杯糖
熱水(約75℃/135℉)浴,預熱烤爐至150℃/300℉(底層)烤約50分鐘
Recipe:(8 inches round cake mold)
10g/2tbsps instant coffee powder
10g/2tsps hot water
10g/2tsps sugar
5 large egg yolks
1 large egg
75g/0.5cup pastry/cake flour
65g/65ml milk
65g/70ml corn oil
5 large egg whites
5g/1tsp lemon juice
75g/0.33cup sugar
Hot water (about 75℃/135℉) bath, preheat the oven to 150℃/300℉(bottom layer) and bake for about 50 minutes
Receta: (Molde de pastel redondo de 8 pulgadas)
10g/2cucharadas de café instantáneo en polvo
10g/2cucharaditas de agua caliente
10g/2cucharaditas de azúcar
5 yemas de huevo grandes
1 huevo grande
75g/0.5taza de harina de repostería
65g/65ml de leche
65g/70ml de aceite de maíz
5 claras de huevo grandes
5g/1cucharadita de jugo de limón
75g/0.33taza de azúcar
Baño de agua caliente (aproximadamente 75℃/135℉), precalentar el horno a 150℃/300℉(capa inferior) y hornear durante unos 50 minutos
