This is gorgeous. And that kitchen is perfect.
Kitchen is my favorite
Lovin’ the scored stained concrete floors.
That pantry entrance is so clever. Stunning build. Congratulations
I love how well thought out the layout is and also love knowing that there is someone else in the world who feels no need for an apartment-sized master suite!
Thank you Lauren - no sense in wasting room in a bedroom when it can be living space!
Can I ask if you have a picture of the house and layout
Front door entry into the pantry is wild. But what a gorgeous home 👏
Love the incorporation of out door spaces for any occasion. It’s always an after thought. Great job putting thought into that part. The place is beautiful! Love the colors!
Wow! Really awesome. As uncultured as it is I would love to know the ballpark on the cost of the structure (filtration, solar, paint, etc.). Curious the range something like this would cost to build.
Phenomenal - thanks for sharing. My $.02 - incorporate (tasteful) acoustic/sound deadening....thick drapes, decorative foam panels, etc. - your space has a LOT of echoes and sound reflections. You'll be surprised how much more comfortable that space can become if you help address those hard surfaces everywhere. Well done!!!
Thanks so much and glad you enjoyed it. You make a great point, and we actually do not have any of our floor area rugs and wall coverings or drapery installed yet and yes, they will certainly help for sure. We actually kept a lot of "stuff" out for the walk through but you are correct that when they are in the sound is really much softer.
Wow!!! So impressive and inspirational for new home builders, as well as old home owners. As always, you guys do such beautiful work. Thanks for sharing with all of us
I love this so much. The grounds are to die for. I love the side door entering directly into the pantry - that is genius. I have to say it was so funny when he’s showing the hallway leading to the secondary bedrooms, he said plenty width of the hallway as we get older for wheelchair. But he’s planning on being in a wheelchair lol.
Basements are good in case of tornadoes.
Beautiful build.
Thanks for the tour.
My absolute favorite post frame Shouse, Barndominium, whatever you want to call it. Absolutely stunning. Well done!!
Great video! Love the straight forward tour. No BS and your humble attitude was refreshing. Beautiful design, love the open concept, simplicity, and functionality. I’m borrowing ideas! 2 more years until I start construction on my own! Best of luck. New sub!
Absolutely incredible! I am super impressed! Well done!
Great job. I’m a builder and can appreciate how much work went into that. Beautiful
I love everything about this home!
That was amazing. The concrete floor looked great.
Great build! Love the finishes 👌 👏🏻 👏🏻 👏🏻
That kitchen is beautiful man
Your home is amazing! I’m in my early 50’s and have been talking about doing this for years…gonna have to start soon lol!
Beautiful! I love the bright kitchen!
Beautiful home! Thanks for sharing! Love the floors!
Very nice! Love your water set up.
New builders: consider the Legalett in- floor heat system. It runs on heated air through drain sized piping.
Beautiful! I would make a few changes to my taste but the open main floor design with huge kitchen and concrete floors were amazing!
Great job and best of luck. Great setup for drinks and cigars you lucky bastard.
Looks great. You gave me inspiration to think outside the box for cooling.
I love everything about your home!
Love it. Don't see anything I would change. Great work!
Absolutely beautiful!
I totally love Your home! Thanks much for sharing
Beautiful Home!
Awesome. I love love love the kitchen. My favorite part
All those chairs, and flat surfaces-counters, this is a wonderful entertaining area.
We love the space for entertaining, we knew from our last build that the more flat surfaces the better!
Beautiful home!!❤️🤌🏾
Love it . Awesome building
Very nice and very nice layout. 👍👍
Love this so much! Thank you for sharing!
Now that's a bardominium house with high rate of Feng Shui at every corner.. Brilliant design and ideas especially the game space the top floor..a mini counter work as a mini bar would be great as an add on
Love to see the costs breakdown. Im seriously considering this and love your home. Thank you for sharing,
Everything is so nice!
Watched the video of your 600 sq foot cabin prior to the barndominion. Both beautiful 😍. When can my husband & I come stay in your cabin? Ok I know it's for company! You all have done a fantastic job! Thank you for sharing!
WOW great home would love a tour of the rest of the farm. your doing everything with Quality
we will be doing a video tour of the farm next spring when everything is all complete - we can't wait for that either! :)
Absolutely beautiful ❤❤
Love it so much. Love to understand more about your water collecting
Wow, that great room sure is echoey. Some soft furnishings would help muffle that. I love the floor heat. Really nice details throughout.
I love the setups for your cabins, I would do it a little different, but it gives me new ideas. Awesome!
Beautiful!
Absolutely beautiful
nice looking place, wouldnt have the stained concrete floors with those deep groves personally but to each his/her own. nice open design, fireplace is WOW, the loft is a great spot for arcade games and a pool table for sure. color selction outside is very good, i like the alderwood inside and the metal ceilings, thats a nice touch. personally would need 4 bdrms and a gigantic master closet for her, lol. your laundry room is awesome and the extra half bath is a nice bonus. overall great lookin home, with plenty of space to entertain and relax. great job! 👍
Totally Awesome!!! Love it!!!

Thank you so much - it has been a labor of love to complete but we are so happy to be living in it now!
beautiful! Now add some art on the walls!!
The BEST HOME ❗ COOL ❗👏👏👏
This house was my pick for winner in the Barndominium Brawl.
Amazing !
Beautiful home ❣️
Thank you! 😊 It was a labor of love for sure.
Wonderful
Man, that's perfect!
Thanks so much!
I would love to get the floor plans for this awesome bardominium. Also, I would love more information on the water collection system.
i love the floor !
Very Nice..I would add Two more bedrooms..with Bathrooms with Tubs...One room would be a Media/TV Room...with a Tredmill and exercise bike...The Other would be used as a Child's room or extra guest room. Love the design of the home..
Great video! We are looking into a similar style build.I'm not at all keen on ductless units though. Mold collectors is all they are. Efficient yes, but I'll take a ducted system any day over those things. 🤢. But I do love them heated floors!!
Very nice place
Very nice 👌
wao beautiful love it 😀 😍 ❤️
AMAZING
Awesome build!! Congratulations!! Do you mind providing more information on your rainbarrow collection system? How does the water not freeze in the winter? What are the brands for the barrow and the UV system? I assume the UV runs off electric?
Just curious: was the slab scored to prevent cracking or for the tiled look? I'm wondering if every so often the scoring trenches need to have something pointy run through them to clean out debris. Great build, a lot of interesting ideas!
Now that’s pretty
The Barndo Echo is REAL!
Think I would have done a wood stove ..but wow this place is gorgeous
Beautiful... Do you have a list of product links and vendors you used? Very interested in all of the exterior items like the siding and trim.
Not much of an echo like most, awesome build!
Nice! Simple and elegant. Did y’all build the house? The structure/layout is amazing
Damn. That is nice
Gorgeous job, well thought out. Now we need to know the costs of all the cool details. How much for the floor and acid wash, how much for the radiant heat, what's the monthly cost on the radiant, the mini splits, etc. Might need its own video. ;-)
Thank you Brad! The floor and on demand hot water heating system are actually quite inexpensive when compared to purchasing a furnace and duct work. Well under 10K for unit and tubing, which also doubles as our hot water heater. As for the mini splits, they also are about half the cost of traditional air. I think a video on those might be a perfect way to give more info, we will get working on it!
@@oldworldgardenfarms2749 super! I know we sure get good feedback from the details - and costs. you have a gorgeous place.
Would love to hear more about the mini split and in floor heat system as well! Beautiful home!
Kitchen is really nice. That echo would make me crazy though.
Beautiful. Without the ductwork how do you filter the air?
I think I could live there, no probs.
The only thing I'm not keen on is how you can see into the master bedroom from the den, but other than that, this is wonderful!
Do you have plans and sources for everything in the build? Can I ask what area this is? Beautiful build&farm❤
The heating and air conditioning systems can you put them up much higher because we have really tall butt cases that we want to put in
Beautiful job. Well thought out. I'm considering this type of build and wondering if you could share the overall cost to build this. You've used nice finishes, etc and curious what it would run to build something similar. Thanks Scott
