Got to 456! The first 100 took 10 mins, the second 100 took 12, and the 3rd 100 was the hardest... found a good rhythm doing sets of 10 towards the end. If you had told me a month ago that I could do 456 burpees in an hour I would have never thought it possible. Thanks Wolf!

I actually tried this today, as part of my p up wrk out. I can see the pace is beautiful!!!! I did some bench, dips and knuckle p ups before. With that, I could only do 40mins and 242 burpees. I concentrated on form, like u, just not as good. I'm gonna look more into this type of training. Probably be better to do just burpee days too. Ty. Hell yeah dude. Me and a friend just pistoned out 100 Navy Seals after a run not even an hour ago. Took a lot longer than i thought it would, 40 minutes.
There are many ways to train your mind and to get fit and doing burpees is one of them. What are important are excellence and the basics, that is true. What is also true is that if you do "excellent" burpees, you'll get better at doing "excellent" burpees. This pace is very good for muscle endurance but I think less so for endurance of explosivity. I also think that you can train mental toughness through explosive workouts its just a matter of pushing through your previpis threshold. Maybe the duration makes it look like its not much but the intensity makes it up. In the end you push through a different type of pain. Wolf's workout above is more muscle focused and sprints are more cardiovascular focused. If you want to get better at fighting, you should fight. If you want to get better at swimming, you should swim. Just to clear things out... Major respect to Wolf for going through these workouts though. Soldier shit.

I train everyday because helps the mind I have a few friends who I see daily who are into lifting heavy weights and on steroids and respect to him to get in the shape he has .. Yup. This lockdown made me realize that I don't need a gym membership. My bodyweight and 1 kettlebell has been getting the job done at home. Won't be wasting money on that overcrowded social club once this is done.

That gave me the motivation to train for it and I did a 1000 burpees a couple of days ago. Had to join that 1000 burpees club lol. Loving this! Just found out about you crazy people doing the burpees, took me 40 minutes got 120 burpees. Then did 80 later in the day. Gonna keep trying to push out more burpees during this crazy time.

Yup. This lockdown made me realize that I don't need a gym membership. My bodyweight and 1 kettlebell has been getting the job done at home. Won't be wasting money on that overcrowded social club once this is done.

That gave me the motivation to train for it and I did a 1000 burpees a couple of days ago. Had to join that 1000 burpees club lol. Oh my god. I’d like to think that I’m relatively fit but I was blowing through all of that. I really had to force myself through that one. I did 200 ‘proper’ burpees and 300 ‘straight arm’ burpees. Thank you so much. Take care 🤘🤘🤘
