It's not for everyone. Unfortunately, people don't value what's given to them for free. Take example of our own body 😊

Mam I'm a big fan of you .I follow all the exercises uploaded by u.Mam I have to ask one thing more .I m doing workouts daily but now my back and knee are too much paining .I take medicine regularly but I can't stop exercise. It's my passion and junoon. Aft kids my weight was 90kg now I'm 62 but still my lower body is heavy and my weight is stuck it's not reducing.also my stamina is reduced.I want to get perfect shape of my body .pl help me .
