- A stripped-down, acoustic cover of Rodgers & Hammerstein's "Impossible" by stories and Hunter.
This year The Rodgers & Hammerstein Organization is celebrating the 80th anniversary of the legendary songwriting partnership. In 1943, Richard Rodgers and Oscar Hammerstein II changed musical theatre history forever when their first collaboration, Oklahoma!, debuted on Broadway. A milestone in the development of the American musical, it also marked the beginning of the most successful partnership in Broadway musical history, and was followed by Carousel, South Pacific, The King And I, Cinderella and The Sound Of Music. Collectively, the Rodgers & Hammerstein musicals have earned Tony, Oscar, Grammy, Emmy, Pulitzer, and Olivier Awards.

How is Hunter still seemingly "undiscovered"? She's featured on stories regularly enough, but she's got the voice of an angel, so how is she not on the radio every day?
Because it takes a certain kind of music to be played on the radio, and she refuses to produce that kind of trash, i think
What a great redition. Such a talented team.
As always Hunter's voice is wonderful to listen to.
M'kay... I did NOT see that coming! 67 year old musical song subjected to Hammond and slide..? I LOVE IT 😁
This is such a pretty version of this song! Really nice!
Hunter always brings it. 🤘🏼❤️✌🏼
Impossible not too feel the hope in these difficult times.
Not impossible - simply adorable
Memory unlocked 😭😭😭🙏🏽
Simplified rhythm and a childish voice, and popular local words. It's great!
What a really good shaped voice and feeling with the band. Thanks !
Curveball cover!? More of this please! 🙏🏽
this is spectacular all around.
It's possible! ✨
made me smile from the opening note
Beautiful! ❤ #FreeAssange
Oh! I love this!!
not what i expected to hear on stories, but fantastic rendition! haven't ever seen that slide guitar before, nifty
There's something about the slide guitar that gives this cover a down home vibe. Either it's me or I've been watching too much "In The Heat Of The Night" reruns.
These are getting good.... they always were though....
Delightful 🎉
Hunter
Great cover of a Disney song I didn't know existed!
It’s actually from the Rodgers and Hammerstein version of Cinderella, so not Disney but still wonderful!!
Greg Leisz!!!
❤
Clicked on this so fucking fast lol Omg. Yes
Oh my, dear me, goodness ... and I mean, goodness, like chocolate syrup all over the breakfast pancakes ....
I know I'm being an embarrassment. I'll leave now 🥰
Isn't this the song Whitney Houston and Brandy sang on the live action Cinderella?
Yes! 🪄
Originally it was a live action musical which was broadcast on television in 1957, with a 21 year-old Julie Andrews cast as Cinderella. She became very famous after the broadcast, as a record-breaking 107 million people tuned in. Whitney and Brandy's version is a remake of the original. Here's a link if interested. 😊

Oh, what a beautiful morning next?....
Hunter will you mary me? ❤
I didn't know Gal Gadot can sing like that...
First
You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.
This is weird cuz I love each performer but overall this just aint it. Maybe it's the weird tune. To each their own, I'm sure you've made some folks day :)
Made my day!
yay :) they're phenomenal performers even if it's twinkle twinkle little star lol@@59seank
Some things should just be left alone.
